1、为了适应公司新战略的发展,保障停车场安保新项目的正常、顺利开展,特制定安保从业人员的业务技能及个人素质的培训计划宋庆龄演讲In1943intheUnitedStatescongressspeechsoongchinglingMr.President,MembersoftheSenateoftheUnitedStates,ladies,andgentlemen,IamoverwhelmedbythewarmthandspontaneityofthewelcomeoftheAmericanpeople,ofwhomyouaretherepresentatives.IdidnotknowthatIw

2、astospeaktoyoutodayattheSenateexcepttosay,Howdoyoudo,Iamsoverygladtoseeyou,andtobringthegreetingsofmypeopletothepeopleofAmerica.However,justbeforecominghere,theVicePresidenttoldmethathewouldliketohavemesayafewwordstoyou.Iamnotaverygoodextemporaneousspeaker;infact,Iamnospeakeratall;butIamnotsoverymuc

3、hdiscouraged,becauseafewdaysagoIwasatHydePark,andwenttothePresidentslibrary.SomethingIsawthereencouragedme,andmademefeelthatperhapsyouwillnotexpectovermuchofmeinspeakingtoyouextemporaneously.WhatdoyouthinkIsawthereIsawmanythings,buttheonethingwhichinterestedmemostofallwasthatinaglasscasetherewasthef

4、irstdraftofoneofthePresidentsspeeches,aseconddraft,andonandonuptothesixthdraft.YesterdayIhappenedtomentionthisfacttothePresident,andtoldhimthatIwasextremelygladthathehadtowritesomanydraftswhenheissuchawell-knownandacknowledgedlyfinespeaker.Hisreplytomewasthatsometimeshewrites12draftsofaspeech.So,myr

5、emarksheretoday,beingextemporaneous,Iamsureyouwillmakeallowancesforme.Thetraditionalfriendshipbetweenyourcountryandminehasahistoryof160years.Ifeel-andIbelievethatIamnottheonlyonewhofeelsthisway-thatthereareagreatmanysimilaritiesbetweenyourpeopleandmine,andthatthesesimilarltiesarethebasisofourfriends

6、hip.Ishouldliketotellyoualittlestorywhichwillillustratethisbelief.WhenGeneralDoolittleandhismenwenttobombTokyo,ontheirreturnsomeofyourboyshadtobailoutintheinteriorofChina.Oneofthemlatertoldmethathehadtobailoutofhisship.AndthatwhenhelandedonChinesesoilandsawthepopulacerunningtowardhim,hejustwavedhisa

7、rmandshoutedtheonlyChinesewordheknew,Mei-kuo,Mei-kuo,whichmeansAmerica.LiterallytranslatedfromtheChineseitmeansBeautifulcountry.Thisboysaidthatourpeoplelaughedandalmosthuggedhim,andgreetedhimlikealonglostbrother.Hefurthertoldmethathethoughtthathehadcomehomewhenhesawourpeople;andthatwasthefirsttimehe

10、soundthroughoutourvastlandasthegongoffreedom,thegongoffreedomoftheUnitedNations,andthedeathknelloftheaggressors.(Applause.)Iassureyouthatourpeoplearewillingandeagertocooperatewithyouintherealizationoftheseideals,becausewewanttoseetoitthattheydonotechoasemptyphrases,butbecomerealitiesforourselves,for

11、ourchildren,forourchildrenschildren,andforallmankind.(Applause.)HowarewegoingtorealizetheseidealsIthinkIshalltellyoualittlestorywhichjustcametomymind.Asyouknow.Chinaisaveryoldnation.Wehaveahistoryof5,000years.WhenwewereobligedtoevacuateHankowandgointothehinterlandtocarryonandcontinueourresistanceaga

12、instaggression,theGeneralissimoandIpassedoneofourfronts,theChangshafront.OnedaywewentintotheHeng-yangMountains,wheretherearetracesofafamouspavilioncalledRub-the-mirrorpavilion,whichwasbuiltover2,000yearsago.Itwillperhapsinterestyoutohearthestoryofthatpavilion.TwothousandyearsagonearthatspotwasanoldB

13、uddhisttemple.Oneoftheyoungmonkswentthere,andalldaylonghesatcrosslegged,withhishandsclaspedbeforehiminanattitudeofprayer,andmurmuredAmita-Buddha!Amita-Buddha!Amita-Buddha!Hemurmuredandchanteddayafterday,becausehehopedthathewouldacquiregrace.TheFatherPriorofthattempletookapieceofbrickandrubbeditagain

14、stastonehourafterhour,dayafterday,andweekafterweek.Thelittleacolyte,beingveryyoung,sometimescasthiseyesaroundtoseewhattheoldFatherPriorwasdoing.TheoldFatherPriorjustkeptonhisworkofrubbingthebrickagainstthestone.Soonedaytheyoungacolytesaidtohim.FatherPrior,whatareyoudoingdayafterdayrubbingthisbrickon

15、thestone.TheFatherPriorreplied,Iamtryingtomakeamirroroutofthisbrick.Theyoungacolytesaid,Butitisimpossibletomakeamirroroutofabrick,FatherPriorYes,saidtheFatherPrior,anditisjustasimpossibleforyoutoacquiregracebydoingnothingexceptmurmurAmita-Buddhaalldaylong,dayinanddayout.(Applause.)So,myfriends,Ifeel
