5、atorselectionstandards,selectproduced_for_Co.,LTD(hereinafterreferredtoas_)ofthecompanygeneralmanagercandidates,andwillbeinaccordancewiththelegalprocedures_bytheboardofdirectorsofthecompanyemployed.Thestakesforthedurationofthetrust,thecompanysetupin_tooperatorsgoodincentivemechanism,theprincipalandt
6、heagenttogetherinaccordancewiththetrustlawofthePeoplesRepublic,themeasuresfortheadministrationoftrustandinvestmentcompaniesandcontractlawofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandotherrelevantlaws,regulationsandrules,signedthispropertytrustagreement(hereinafterreferredtoastheagreement).Article1purposetrustBased
7、ontheprincipalofthetrusteetrust,commoninthestakesinvoluntarytrustunderaplanaccordingtothetrustandinvestmentcompanywithrespectivelyofthesignedparticularbenefitfromthetrustofagreementandtheothertotheprovisionsofthetrustdocuments,gainthetrustspecificremuneration,commonentrustedtothetrusteeandthetrustee
8、intheirownname,inlinewithentrustedbythepeople,andfinancialmanagementidea,accordingtotheprovisionsofthisagreementofthisagreement,thebeneficiarybeneficiarybenefitmaximizationastheprinciple,management,operationanddisposeoftheforegoingtrustanditsproceedsearnings,toestablishanenterpriseoperatorto_effecti
9、veincentivemechanism,soastopromotetherealizationoftheprincipalinvestmentincome.Toachievethepurposesofthetrust,alltheclienttoacknowledgeandagreethat,accordingtothisagreementshallgiveoperatorsthebeneficialrightofthetrust,andjointlydesignatedbythetrustee,andinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisagreement,

12、icle3theentrustedpropertyanddeliveryThistrustunderatrusteetrusttothetrusteemanagementanduseofproperty,accordingtotheclientforsharepurchasetrustundertheprovisionsofthetrustdocumentsspecifictrustusufruct.Therightrangeanddeliveryasfollows:1.SpecifictrustusufructUnderthisagreementtothetrusteetoentrustth
13、emanagement,utilizationanddisposeoftheproperty,thestakesforthetrustplansunderatrustandinvestmentcompanyrespectivelywiththesigningoftheparticularbenefittrustagreementarticle12(1)asprescribedinthetrustofthespecificremuneration,namelythepriorityofpriorityoftheearningsofthebeneficiaryandordinarybenefici
14、aryssimpleearningsaresatisfied,totaltrustiftherearestillresidualincome,beneficiarybeneficiaryfortherestofthepartofallthedistributionofincometrusthasclaim,includingtheprincipalaccordingtosharepurchasetrustplansandthecorrespondingtrustagreementbybuyingpreferredbeneficiarybeneficiaryandcommonofthetrustofthebeneficiaryhasspecifictrustusufruct.Theforegoingtrustandlimitingearnings,accordingtothespecificbenefitstrustagreementandsharepurchasetrusttrustplansofcertain.2.SpecificdeliveryoftheearningsofthetrustThisagreementiseffectivefortheclienttothedeliveryoftheforegoingtrustusufruct.
