2、经济运行总体平稳。初步核算，国内生产总值万亿元，增长%，完成预期目标。全国公共财政收入万亿元，增长%，财政赤字万亿元。全年新增人民币贷款万亿元，年末广义货币供应量增长%。规模以上工业企业实现利润万亿元，比上年增长%。重点领域、重要时段煤电油气运需求得到较好保障。二是内需继续成为增长主动力。社会消费品零售总额万亿元，增长%，一些新的消费模式和消费领域表现出巨大活力，电子商务市场交易额超过10万亿元，增长25%以上。全社会固定资产投I.ImplementationoftheXXPlanforNationalEconomicandSocialDevelopmentInthefaceofthecomp

6、ethatChinasGDPreachedtrillionyuan,anincreaseof%overthepreviousyearandinfullaccordwiththetargetedfigure.Chinasgovernmentrevenueincreasedby%totrillionyuanandthedeficitwastrillionyuan.RMBloansfortheyearincreasedbytrillionyuan.Atyearsend,thebroadmoneysupply(M2)rose%.Profitsofindustrialenterpriseswithann
7、ualrevenueof20millionyuanormorefromtheirmainbusinessoperationsreachedtrillionyuan,anincreaseof%overthepreviousyear.Demandforcoal,electricity,petroleum,gas,andtransportwassatisfactorilymetincriticalareasandatimportanttimes.Second,domesticdemandcontinuedtobethemaindrivingforceofgrowth.Retailsalesofcon

9、检查和反价格垄断执法力度加大，全年共查处价格违法案件万起，实施经济制裁亿元。结构调整取得新进展。突出重点，有扶有控，着力提质增效升级，为经济发展增添后劲。一是产业结构调整稳步推进。技术创新和培育新兴产业成效显著。研究与试验发展经费支出占国内生产总值比例达到%，完成预期目标。嫦娥三号探测器、神舟十号载人飞船、蛟龙号载人深潜器等重大创新成果举世瞩目。节能环保、新一代信息技术、新能源、高端装备制造、新材料等战略性新兴产业发展加快，第四代移动通信开始大规模商用。高技术制造业增加值增长%，比规模以上工业增加值增速高个百分点。传统产业改造升级加快，化解产能过剩矛盾力度加大。下发了坚决遏制产能严重过剩行业盲

14、vationsandfosteringemergingindustries.R&Dexpensesaccountedfor%ofGDP,hittingthetargetedfigure.ThelunarlanderChang-e3,theShenzhou-10mannedspacecraft,thedeep-seamannedsubmersibleJiaolongandothermajorinnovativeachievementscapturedtheworldsattention.Strategicemergingindustriesdevelopedquickly,suchasenerg
15、yconservationandenvironmentalprotection,next-generationinformationtechnology,newenergy,high-endequipmentmanufacturing,andnewmaterials;andwebegantoputthe4Gmobilecommunicationssystemtocommercialoperationonalargescale.Valueaddedofhigh-techmanufacturingindustriesgrewby%,percentagepointshigherthaninindustrialenterpriseswithannualrevenueof20millionyuanormorefromtheirmainbusinessoperations.Wemovedfastertotransformandupdatetraditionalindustriesand化。出台了促进信息消费、养老服务业、健康服务业发展等政策意见和全国物流园区发展规划，继续推进服务业综合改革试点，服务业增加值增长%，占国内生产总值比重达到%，首次超过第二产业
