1、科室主任的苦与乐,俞 卫 锋第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院,做强专科医院麻醉科的点滴体会 我和科室共成长,医院的四次腾飞,科室的昨天与今天,五年为一个周期,逐步走上新台阶,十年磨一剑,在反复挫折中逐渐成熟 在追求卓越中完善自己,摸着石头过河,科 主任当十五年,不经风雨怎能见彩虹,肝胆麻醉科发展的15年, 1993.长海医院肝胆麻醉组 19931996困难时期“四无科室”无高级职称、基金、课题和成果（仅有一名正式人员4名退休人员） 19962002学科打基础，发展及建设时期确定了2个方向，借助肝胆外科招研究生加快基本建设，学术地位有所提高 2002学科建设发展关键阶段规模、特色、队伍、科研、学术地
