1、河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书2006 年邯郸市古城北路渚河桥施工组织设计1摘要本工程位于全国历史文化名城邯郸市区南部,跨越渚河。全桥位于曲线上,半径 R=1000m,桥长 90 米,桥面最大纵坡:0.25%,横向坡度为 1.5%,桥面宽度:5m(人行道)+4.5m(车道)+0.5m(防撞栏杆)+1m(分割带)+0.5m(防撞栏杆)+22m 车道+0.5m(防撞栏杆)+1m(分割带)+0.5m(防撞栏杆)+4.5m(车道)+5m(人行道)=45m上部采用 15m+320m+15m 五跨预应力混凝土连续梁,梁体采用 C40 预应力混凝土梁,梁高1.3m。我们编制了本桥的施工组织设计,施工

2、组织设计是以工程项目、单项工程或单位工程为对象编制的。编制时,要将整个工程项目分解为各单项工程,将各单项工程分解为单位工程,将单位工程分解为各分布工程,将分部工程分解为各项工程进一步分解为各道工序。施工组织设计就是把这许许多多道工序用一定的技术作业链连起来,合理确定各技术作业链之间的关系,即确定各道工序在什么时间、按什么顺序、使什么材料、安排什么人员、选择什么施工设备和机具设备来完成。最终使整个工程项目以最低消耗、最短周期、最优质量得以实现,达到最佳技术经济效果。本工程的施工关键工序是:钻孔桩水下混凝土灌注、钢筋制作安装、墩台身模板安装、现浇连续梁预应力砼灌注及张拉。施工中的从工程施工的全局出

3、发,通过对这些主要工序和其分布分项工程的合理安排,实现根据工程的特点,按照客观的施工规律和当时当地的具体施工条件和工期要求等,综合考虑施工活动中的人工 、材料、资金和施工方法这五个主要因素。对整个工程的施工进度和相应的资源分配,消耗等做出科学合理的安排,达到降低费用,减少人工和缩短工期的目的,尽量做到优质、高效、按时、低耗完成。桥位处地质情况较为简单,地质结构为第 4 季地层,地层土质分别为亚粘土、亚粘土、细砂、砾砂、亚粘土、粘土。邯郸属于大陆性季风气候,年历最高气温 41.9 C,最低温度 - 13.9 C,历年平均气温降量为 550mm600mm,雨季集中在七、八、九月;冬季多西北风,春季
