(1)or 可与祈使句连用，意为“否则，要不然”.
3、好好学习，否则你会不及格的。 (2) marry vt. 嫁或娶,和.结婚 1) marry sb./ get married 表示动作 He is going to marry Jane. They got married last year. 他们去年结的婚。 2) married adj. be married (to sb.)嫁给（某人）,表示状态 They have been married for 13 years. 3) marry sb. to sb. 表示父母把女儿嫁给某人或为儿子娶媳妇。 It was her parents who married her to Tom.

(5) 用于 as- as 或 not / so/ as - as 中,前一个 as 是副词,后一个 as 是连词,引导 比较状语从句。如: I dont speak English so/ as well
6、as she does. (6) 表示虽然,尽管 等,引导让步状语从句,常用倒装语序,模式为: adj. /adv. / n.+ as +主语主语+谓语谓语+主句。主句。 如: Young as he is, he knows much. Tired as they were, they walked on. 3. She promised to help him and gave him three golden apples. promise v t. 允诺，答应 promise sth. 答应某事 promise sb. sth./promise sth. to sb. 答应给某人某物
