1、数据库课程设计校友信息管理系统设计与实现计算机科学与工程学院2015 年 6 月数据库课程设计校友信息管理系统设计与实现小组成员：王 蕾、赵晓君张跃勇、王清霖指导教师：张沛露专 业： 计算机科学与技术所在单位：计算机科学与工程学院数据库课程设计（报告）摘要摘要随着计算机科学与技术的迅速发展，计算机应用领域的不断扩大，许多性能好，功能齐全，应用面广，兼容性强的应用软件相应推出，可见计算机已经得到了广泛的应用，几乎各行各业都有关于计算机的使用，这使得计算机已成为社会中普遍存在的事物。由于计算机的使用，使得人们在于管理、应用及服务等各个领域使用数据方面变得更加简洁，更加方便，大大提高了工作效率，产生
2、了以计算机为主体，以人为辅助的局面。在企业管理，办公自动化等方面得到了普遍应用，受到人们的广泛欢迎。在此，本文设计的学校后勤管理系统就是为了方便后勤管理人员在数据方面的管理，结合当今各学校的后勤管理，为了能全面、准确、有效地管理学校后勤的各种信息而开发与研制的一个系统应用软件。其主要功能是快速适应现代化会务管理水平和解决工作人员繁重而冗长的工作量。使得他们在学校后勤的各方面都会达到事半功倍的效果，减轻了人力的负担，方便了数据的存储，增加了安全性。本文是严格按照软件工程的原理、对学校后勤管理系统的系统需求，系统分析，系统设计，数据库设计以及系统测试作了详细的阐述，同时在此论文中读者还可以对开发工
3、具 Delphi 的一些知识有所了解 ，并且可以看到在 Delphi 环境下学校后勤管理系统的系统具体实现的设计界面。本系统的功能模块包括：用户管理模块（添加新的管理员、各管理员修改密码） ；基本资料管理模块（包括单位资料、楼宇资料、员工资料、学生资料、宿舍资料） ；宿舍管理模块（实现入住学生查询、空闲宿舍查询、空闲宿舍入住、学生退宿、来客登记、来访记录查询） ；资产管理模块（包括资产信息建档、资产借出登记、借出物品返还、资产信息查询、损坏物品的报修和维修情况） ；数据查询管理模块（主要是资产的出库信息、返还信息、报修记录以及维修记录） ；最后是系统管理模块（两个方面：数据备份和数据恢复） 。

16、制中，工资管理是非常重要的一项财务工作，财务管理工作的好坏直接关系到单位发展的水平。借助现代信息技术和管理理论，建立完善的基于角色的员工工资管理系统势在必行。通过角色值的方法来登录系统，可以有效的加强企事业单位的内部管理。基于角色不同身份登录此系统可以实现不同的功能，例如：主管可以查询本部门员工的工资，员工可以查询当月工资的发放，查询用户信息等。相比传统的人工管理文件方式不仅查询便捷、错误率低，而且有较好的安全性和灵活性。权限管理是信息系统不可或缺的一部分。基于角色的权限管理在信息管理系统的开发中得到广泛应用，并且在现在信息管理系统的实现中表现在较好的灵活性和安全性，应用角色权限管理可使不同身份用户登录验证后具有不同的交互界面，提高了系统的易用性和健壮性。权限管理是桌面应用项目中比较关键的环节，因为浏览器是每一台计算机都已具备的，如果不建立权限管理系统，那么一个“非法用户”可以轻而易举通过浏览器访问桌面应用项目中的所有功能。数据库课程设计（报告）- 1 -1.2 随着科学技术的迅猛发
