4、ails study requirement Classroom practice,黄天柱，男，汉族，党员，管理学博士，副教授，1972年6月出生于陕西洋县，2007年6月获西北农林科技大学经济管理学院管理学博士学位，现在陕西科技大学管理学院从事经济类教学、科研工作。研究领域为经济发展与增长、农村经济、农业科技推广、区域经济与贸易等。曾公开发表学术论文20余篇,其中ISTP收录3篇，被中国人民大学书报资料中心转载2篇，获得优秀论文奖1项。出版专著1部（20万字），参与编写农业推广学教材1部、农业实用新技术推广系列丛书4部。主持西北农林科技大学青年科研专项基金1项、陕西科技大学博士科研启动基金1
