5、大学生的职业目标是否明确、知识技能是否扎实、就业心态 是否端正、是否有适应岗位的实践能力等等。 本文主要对当代大学生的就业能力现状及其提升策略的问题进行了研究， 首先分析 了当前我国大学生就业能力的现状及存在的问题， 主要从大学生就业的自身问题和社会 问题二方面进行研究；然后详细分析了当代大学生就业能力不足的原因进行了研究，主 要从社会原因、高校原因、自身原因和企业单位原因四个方面进行论述；紧接着针对当 代大学生就业能力的不足，提出几点提高大学生就业能力的策略，主要从政府方面的策 略、高校方面的策略、大学生自身的策略和企业单位的策略四个方面进行探讨；最后对 全文的论述进行了总结，得出社会、高校
6、和就业单位还有个人都有必要关注大学生的就 业能力，进一步树立正确的就业观，这样才能促进大学生就业能力的提高，大学生失业 的问题才能得到根本性的改善， 才能使我们的国家在构建和谐社会中真正全面发展和壮 大起来。本文对于研究如何提高当代大学生的就业能力问题有一定的指导意义。 关键词：大学生就业能力；社会；就业单位；策略 Abstract As Chinas higher education policy reform,university enrollment in recent years has resulted in the great number of university gradua

The employability of the current students mainly refers to its students to achieve the ideal job, to meet social needs, the ability to realize their own value, Mainly reflected in t
