But now, things are different. Todays college students usually have much pressure in finding good jobs. Here, it is a chart about
2、the employment rate of college students of past few days. As is shown in the chart , we can see clearly that the employment rate of college students is lower and lower year by year. In XX, the rate is 76 percent, XX is 73 percent and in XX, it has down to 70 percent. That is to say, every year there
3、 are about 30% of the graduates can not find a job. Why do so many college students can not find jobs? To my consideration, there are several causes. I will present the phenomenon from the aspects of social、higher education and college students. 2、Causes of this phenomenon 2.1 To begin with, it is t
4、he Social Causes. First, the standards of many enterprises are too high. On the one hand, many companies and enterprises often refuse to accept new employees who have no working experience even though they do need some employees. On the other hand, some of them only recruit the key university gradua
5、tes. Second, according to statistics, 99.5% of the enterprises are small and medium enterprises which employ the 65% - 80% of workers in a country. But there are too few small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China. Third, the eastern region for graduates can provide a good living environment and de
6、velopment prospects. So intense competition for college students exist in these areas. 2.2 Then, it is the Causes of our higher education On the one hand, the most direct reason of the huge unemployment is the increase eollment of college students. However, the speed of society development is slower
7、 than the speed of the increase of graduated students. The society cant provide enough job positions and which in turn cause a large number of surplus students in the job market. On the other hand, our higher education pays too much attention to the theory and basic knowledge, and fails to adapt the
8、ir courses to the development of economy. College students are lack of trainings and internship opportunities before they enter the society. First of all, most of them take an attitude of a leisurely life of playing computer, chatting with their friends or sleeping as much as they want, knowing that
9、 just a short time of study before exam will help them pass it. So they lack of a broad range of knowledge accumulation and the ability to solve practical problems. Second, they lack of language skills. So they can not fully show themselves, and thus missed a lot of work opportunities. Finally, many
10、 students pay much attention on pursuing their own material interest. They always want to get a good job in a big company or government department in some developed cities and often expecting a considerable salary, which causes the drastic competition in the big cities job market. 3、Conclusion All i
11、n all, the current employment situation is still very pessimistic for many college graduates. But it doest mean that they can not find jobs, just some of them cant find satisfactory jobs. We should face this fact with positive attitude. Because competition is not only pressure but also strength for

13、后，大学毕业 了，不管我们是读书上研究生，还是工 作，如果再多花父母一分钱都是卑鄙的。因为我认为， 人就像动物一样，到了一定的时候， 必须要出去养活自己，从来没有听说哪一对老动物带 着小动物过一辈子的，它一定有这样一 个过程，到了那个点上必须出去，我看过这样的电视 片，老鹰看到小鹰会飞的一瞬间就再也 不会去理睬那只小鹰了，一定要让它飞出去。 也许有 朋友会说，说我们 22 岁以后如果考研的话还需要钱，但要 想想我们读研究生是为 了自己更有价值，那怎么办？假如你真要上研究生， 真要出国读书要花钱，有没有可能比如 说向父母写一个借条，并且以同期银行利息来计算向 父母的归还数据？如果这样的话，那么我
14、们就有了一种紧 迫感。这个紧迫感就是说，我未来必须找到更好的工 作。现在，我们走向社会，有的同学能拿到几千块钱的工 资，也有只能拿到几百块的，当然 还有个别同学能拿到上万块的薪水，但是我从来不认 为一个刚毕业的时候只能拿到几百块的 人，未来一辈子永远赶不上那个拿上万块钱的人，因 为后续的爆发力和耐力，以及工作态度 会决定我们未来的工资报酬会越来越高。 撇开工资 不说，我再说一下我们应该有怎样的就业心态，大学生一 进入社会就能找到一 份自己喜欢的工作，并且能够拿到一份很好的薪水做 下去，这样的机会确实不多。获得机会 的敲门砖，通常是选定一家单位以后，从单位的最基 层工作干起，并且以自己的态度和业
15、绩 来证明自己在这个领域的发展前途，以及证明自己对 这个行业的喜欢，来使自己在这个行业 中能够逐步上升。所以说，我认为就业心态会决定我 们的就业结果。 接下来，我还想在说一下就业、职业和 事业的关系。我认为，就业可以是临时工作，它和你的未 来发展方向可以相关也可以不相关；职业则 是你选择了一个你打算干它一辈子行业；而事业则是 职业的最高境界。也许刚走出校门的我们并不清楚的知道 这辈子我们会干哪个行业，所以我们可以想当然的去找我 们认为适合我们的工作，时间久了，我们可能会慢 慢发现其实我们是喜欢某一个行业的， ，所以我们会有 一个职业，一份我们打算干一辈子的工 作。然后是事业，事业是职业对外的扩
