4、e material support and confidence to quit from current firms and look for a new job.Regarding the influences, admittedly, the more frequent job hopping brings about detrimental effects on the companies in the short term. Because of the long period and large expenditure on training qualified staffs,
5、particularly the skilled workers, if they suddenly leave the firms in few years,even few months, their roles can hardly be replaced by others, thus affecting the operation of the company and even encumbering the economic development of the whole society if a huge number of employees do so.
