1、Enterovirus 71(EV 71) 研究进展,严景华 中国科学院微生物研究所 ,手足口病（HFMD）,病原：EV71 CAV16,临床症状： 手足口病 神经系统病变 疱疹性咽峡炎 神经性肺水肿,EV71 流行现状,Reported cases and deaths from NHFPC,主要感染儿童,EV 71流行的主要亚型,EV71,A,B,C,B1,B2,B3,B4,B5,C2,C3,C4,C5,C1,B和C型引起比较严重的疾病，但病毒亚型与病毒致病性和传染性之间的关联还不清楚,EV71,典型的picornavirus 结构基因长度7.5kbEV71 受体： human p-sel
2、ectin glycoprotein ligand-1, PSGL-1；) scavenger receptor B2,（SCARB2）,EV71血清流行病学特征,重症病人主要是3岁以下儿童 6%的被感染儿童无明显的临床症状表现，73%的被感染儿童产生较为轻微的临床症状，21%的被感染儿童产生较为严重的手足口病症状，包括神经系统或心血管系统病变。这些重症手足口病儿童中会产生死亡病例,EV71结构,NSMB， 2012,分辨率：2.8埃 VP1,VP2,VP3在病毒粒子的表面，VP4在病毒内测 VP1，VP3有一个 flexibly 的N-terminal,EV71,HRV16,the majo
