4、ing the reading task. 读中阶段 (While-reading stage) is the task stage, where students are encouraged to explore the text focusing on the meaning of text and their interpreting of meaning based on their own background knowledge. 读后阶段 (Post-reading stage) is the reflection & application stage, where Ss s

5、hare their understandings with peels, relate what they have read to what they already know or feel, and make good use of them to do things in their real life.,英语阅读训练的阶段,课文体裁和主题分析本文为一篇关于第五中学学生课余活动习惯(锻炼、网络使用、以及看电视)的调查报告。本单元的其他文本内容都是针对个人的生活和学习习惯,本课文则针对习惯在学生群体中的分布状况,有利于学生进一步理解和反思主题。,阅读文本的分析 What Do No.

6、5 High School Students Do in Their Free Time?,课文结构分析本文由五个段落组成,可划分成三个部分:第一部分(第1段):简要介绍调查的内容;第二部分(第2-4段):分别报告锻炼、网络使用、以及看电视三项活动的习惯在学生中的分布状况;第三部分(第5段):作者对调查结果的评价以及对学生的建议。,课文语言特征分析,阅读文本的分析 What Do No. 5 High School Students Do in Their Free Time?,词汇特征:从生词表看,有12个与课文相关的词汇,且均为核心词汇(result, percent, online, t

7、elevision, although, through, mind, body, such, together, die),主要集中在第5段。从词汇特征上看,学生基本上可以通过构词法、上下文语境、联想等策略猜测大多数词义。,句式特征:(1)以第一人称报告调查结果,以简单句为主,有少量并列或转折复合句、以及宾语从句和转折状语从句,不影响学生对课文的理解;(2)句子时态以一般现在时态为主,在前4段中有少量一般过去时态句子,用于强调调查发生的时间(上个月);(3)为表述统计结果,使用百分比或用百分比修饰名词词组作为主语部分,或用概数(如most, many)做主语。,2a: 按照most ofte

8、n到least often,对班级同学进行6个日常活动的频率进行排序,导入调查学生课余活动习惯的主题。,阅读活动的分析 What Do No. 5 High School Students Do in Their Free Time?,2b: 根据课文信息,针对所调查的三项活动习惯在学生群体中的分布状况,填写饼形图中缺失的百分数。要求学生使用查读技能,搜寻细节信息。,2e: 从所给5项活动中选择三项,对同学进行调查,统计后用饼形图向全班展示调查结果。该活动是一个语言运用活动,要求学生运用通过阅读学会的调查、统计以及报告方法完成一项真实调查任务。,2c: 根据课文信息,回答与调查相关的5个问题,

9、既有细节问题,也有需要学生对课文信息做出判断和评价(问题5)。五个问题中有部分问题涉及的信息与2b重复,须重新设计。,2d: 根据课文信息和饼形图,用所给百分数和三个频率副词写句子。该活动是读后的语言操练活动。,1、读前活动为学生理解文章进行了话题方面的准备,但对于词汇和文章结构(阅读目的)方面准备不足,教师应根据学生需要适当予以补充。 2、教材提供了读中活动,但阅读活动的设计不太严谨,教师应该在分析文本分析基础上,根据学生的特点和需要,对教材中的阅读理解检测活动重新设计,促进学生更好地理解课文。 3、读后活动由造句操练和语言运用活动组成,可采用。,基于阅读课的教材分析结论,Teaching
