2、立一个覆盖资产保全所有业务、满足全部业务处置流程的综合性业务管理系统，将 SARM 系统打造成为专家型、向导型业务操作平台的精品系统。二期系统主要做了以下工作：流程管理覆盖资产保全业务范围内的全部资产的处置。优化基础管理功能，加强风险预警，建立风险应急机制，对问题资产实施保护性和前瞻性的化解和处置措施。业务审批流程功能更灵活、更智能化。建立“责任明晰、激励有效、约束有力”的资产保全绩效考核评价体系。减少重复录入，与 CLPM、A+P、NARMIS 等系统建立接口，数据源更广泛、数据接口功能更准确优化界面、统一界面风格，简化用户操作。利用商业智能技术加强业务分析和预测，加强统计分析，为领导分析决
