1、 猪的养殖和饲养技术的暑假实习日记100篇篇一：猪场实习日记 8月9日，一大早我们就在宾馆楼下准备出发了，等所有团队都被陆续接走后，我们的司机才到，于是告别了欧阳经理，告别了云浮，带着满心的期待驶向阳江。经过一路的颠簸，终于到了阳春二场，但是只有我，张童，杜飞，孔红兴留下了，而朱靖雄和刘超群又被带到另一个猪场实习，我们就这样从一个团队中分开了。 一到二场的大门口，就有一个圆圆胖胖的后勤部的张叔叔出来接我们了。他热情的帮我们把行李拿到里面，又给我们每人一套工作服，让我们先冲凉再换上工作服，可能是我们太慢了吧，磨叽了半天还没弄好，他干脆说不用冲凉了，换上衣服进去吧。于是他一个人拿着两个行李箱把我们
2、带到办公室，累得满头大汗。办公室里有四台电脑，还有几个人，看到我们有的招呼我们坐，有的腼腆一笑。桌子上已经为我们倒了四杯热茶，冒着热气。这时候一个小伙子走了过来，坐在我们身边，自我介绍说：“我是这里的场长，欢迎你们来。”听到他是场长，我瞬间懵了，竟然如此年轻有为，才26岁就当了场长。他为我们介绍了在场的工作人员，助理，两个区长，后勤。介绍完后，又笑着说：“要不你们先休息一下，也没什么要你们做的，明天也再休息一天吧，你们来也就是想看看猪的吧！”说着笑起来。我们听出来了，他以为我们只是来玩的，有点戏虐的意味。为了证明我们的决心，我们都解释说，我们是来学习的。不管他到底信不信吧，反正他改口说：那到时
3、候派人带你们熟悉一下流程吧，20天也学不到什么。我心想，处处皆学问，只要我们用心， 只要你们给我们机会， 我们一定会学到很多东西的，师傅领进门，修行靠个人嘛。 这时候有个三四岁的小姑娘跑过来喊着“爸爸爸爸，快去吃饭了”，我又震惊了，场长竟然都有孩子了。于是我们有一起到食堂去吃饭了。食堂和办公室就在一排，很近的。 进去一看，哇，伙食真好，白米饭，有菜有汤，自己选，自己打饭，吃多少打多少，也不浪费。其实我们还是浪费了一些苦瓜的，嘿嘿。伙食很好，美中不足的就是这里的卫生情况，一进去，地下都是水，我几乎是点着脚进去的，往吃饭的地方走水才少些。苍蝇到处都是，虽然有很多粘苍蝇的纸摆在桌子上。说实话，看着满
4、是苍蝇的纸，很影响食欲。 吃完饭，还在外面洗碗呢，就看到一辆车载着一头大白猪过来，他们把猪拖到了食堂里面。我们问这是干嘛，他们解释说是我们的伙食。我们又问杀猪有什么标准，他们说杀那些不发情不产仔的猪。看来，猪要是失去猪的价值也只有死路一条了。猪亦如此，人何以堪。 吃完饭，张叔叔就带我们去宿舍了，经过商量，我们四个两两一间房，住在同一排，很近。一进去看到一个饮水机，一张桌子，一个冰箱，一张大床，还有厚厚的床垫，心情瞬间变好了，感觉比我想象中好多了。我们和一个姐姐一起住，她也很好相处。我和张童把房间的卫生打扫了一下，擦擦桌子，晒晒床垫。他俩男生又用木板给我搭了一张简易床板，这样我和张童就不用挤在一
5、起了，凉快一点。但是由于房间两个月没人住了，小虫子很多，不经意就被咬了很多口，一下子就起了一个小包。我们带了蚊帐，却没有搭的地方，连绳子都没有，插板也没有。张叔叔一会儿来了好几趟，问这问那，知道我们缺了东西，立刻去给我们买回来，给钱也不要。这样，我们就有插板用电扇和手机充电了。除了从窗户传来阵阵恶臭，和不断骚扰我的蚊虫，感觉其他都挺好的。 收拾好以后，各自躺在床上睡了个午觉，一觉起来，杜飞又提议出去转转，所以快五点时我们就去生活区转了一圈。周围旁边有座山，风景很好，但同时，这也是蚊虫很多的原因，看吧，事物总是两面性的 8月9日我们走到篮球场打了会篮球，不一会就汗流浃背的了。在我们旁边还有一群孩
6、子和几个大人在玩秋千，甚至还有个小孩子和他奶奶在我们休息时进来打篮球，真的震惊了，这里真的是妇孺皆兵吗？晚餐时间不知不觉就到了，我们一起去吃了饭，晚饭是中午的那头猪的排骨，食堂阿姨的手艺真的不错，又吃了很多，本来还打算减肥呢，这下回去可要胖了。 晚上八点场长给我们安排了一下工作，我和玲姐一起去2线的产房，2线养的是初产母猪。张童和彭洁去3号线的产房，那里多是经产母猪和后备猪，也有少量2胎母猪。红兴和刘德刘区长去三号线配种舍，刘区长管理1，2线，保育和隔离。杜飞和麦志伟组长去3，4，5线学习。 原来，我们阳春猪场还是温氏的第二大场呢。共有五条线，其中一条出产一万六，其他四条都是出产两万的。这里有
7、公猪站，隔离舍，配种舍，怀孕舍，产房，保育室（一个场共用的），还有实验室。而场长只是个28岁的小伙子，他21岁就在猪场了，23岁就当上了场长，真是年轻有为，管理着这个有120个员工的猪场。这个场离总部近，响应总部号召，多为当地创造职位，所以本地人较多。当问到是否满意现状，他说本来只是打算干到区长，娶个老婆，了此一生的，没想到自己的时运好，还能当上场长。相较而言，这里的待遇也比较好，所以还是很满意的。他又给我们讲了种种当场长的好处，什么所有人都认识他啊，黑白通吃啊，交警不扣车啊之类的。从这半天的接触来看，他非常的平易近人，一点都没有场长架子，和员工像好朋友一样，说笑，打球。在我们开会时，有个女员
8、工进来了，场长问她干什么，她说来拿投影仪。我还在想为什么呢，又不加班，没想到她们是用投影仪来放舞蹈视频。大家在区长夫人的带领下，都在积极的跳广场舞，强身健体，充实，快乐，积极向上。 从场长办公室出来我们就去冲凉，冲凉回来的路上，红兴看到他们在打篮球眼馋的不行也想打，就坐在那等机会，我们先走了。刚洗完衣服，杜飞过来了，问我们想不想去买点东西吃。可是来猪场之前，就有人告诉我们说猪场里没有店铺，所有的生活用品都要自己准备好带过去，没想到这里还有店铺。我们找到店铺，里面是一些即食物品和啤酒等饮料，我们各自选了点饮料就回去举杯对饮了 8月10日，今天是我们真正下猪场的第一天。一大早就醒了，去食堂吃早餐，
9、发现只有粉，吃惯了面食早餐的我们很不习惯，但是想想接下来的时间，还是忍者吃了，只有张童还是吃不下。吃完饭去领取了工作服，水鞋，毛巾后就跟着刘区长去2线找我的玲姐了。而杜飞和张童还要走很远去3线工作。 一进去就闻见持续的异味，区长说，这就是死猪味啦，以后常常闻的。走到一个池塘边，看到一些小猪漂在水面，还有一群群鱼在分食它，顿时感到死亡的恐惧。区长说这些就是死去的小猪，就倒进池塘喂印度鱼了。我没有勇气再瞟一眼池塘，默默地走到了距池塘较远的地方了。可是刚看到的那一幕今天一整天都折磨着我，越想忘记，越避不开。异味从未间断，哪怕有一阵风吹来，也是带着别的猪棚的异味而来。红兴先到了他的配种舍，我的分娩室还
10、在后面。走到门口，学着区长的样子把水鞋在消毒水里踩踩才跟进去。这一幕更是成为了我的噩梦的根源。羊水和死猪的味道混杂着，两边都是猪栏，卧着已经生了或者待生的母猪，猪栏中间的过道上靠近猪栏的地方放着死去的小猪，放胎盘胎衣和死猪的桶，消毒水，消炎水，扫帚，铲子，水桶等。走在两排大母猪中间感到了无限的恐惧，尤其是有过死猪和放死猪的桶的时候。当看到可爱的小猪时，心情好了大半，看到小猪相互争抢乳头，或是偎在妈妈怀里熟睡，都觉得温馨极了。 见到玲姐时，她正拿着毛巾和刷子为生产过的母猪清洗外阴和臀部，她说这是为了防止感染。看了几遍后，我也带上手套，拿着浸过百毒杀的毛巾，为猪清洗，还要揪开，洗洗里面。第一次碰猪
11、，还是猪屁股，真是感觉亚历山大啊，虽然有栏杆挡着，我还是特别害怕猪会用后蹄子踢我。不过后来我知道我想多了，母猪肥而笨重，就连躺下都要先跪前腿，在慢慢挪动，何况踢我一脚呢。看到玲姐光手捡起猪圈里的胎盘，我不紧感到敬佩，因为，现在我看到那些还是会觉得反胃。今天上午我看了母猪生产，饲养员为难产母猪助产，清扫猪粪，倒胎盘死猪，学打针；下午给小猪剪牙断尾，扫猪粪，去脐带。 在这里，我认识了玲姐，她10年入场，一人管理着40头母猪，每天的工作很繁杂。早晨来到猪场喂料，扫猪粪，擦猪屁股，接生，换猪仔，处理死胎，胎衣，畸形猪，胎盘。给小猪打针，剪牙断尾，给大猪打针等，空闲时看看母猪有没有压到小猪什么的。给猪擦
12、屁股就是擦洗外阴，用百毒杀即癸甲溴铵溶液擦，目的是杀菌，防止细菌感染。剪牙，防止小猪咬破乳头，导致母猪发炎，拒绝喂奶。断尾，防止小猪打斗时咬尾，也减少能量损耗。接生，小猪从母猪产道滑落后，用毛巾擦干体表的胎衣和粘液，然后用麻绳绑住脐带，再把多余的脐带用手指掐断，抹上碘酊溶液，把小猪放到保温箱。给生了至少六个小猪的母猪打吊针，消炎针，用于消炎，缩宫。打吊针时，有的时候需要在猪耳朵的耳根处绑住再打，有的时候就不用，可以直接看清血管扎针。很多时候由于刺入的痛感，猪都会扇动耳朵，摇头晃脑，很容易导致脱针，或者鼓一处，还要重扎。这时就要把小猪放出来吃奶，分散注意力，或者用手抚摸猪的乳房，造成小猪吃奶的假
13、象。如果还是不行，就要等会再打了。生产过的母猪不能让它一直卧着，以免瘫痪。助产，即为难产母猪用手伸进产道将小猪掏出来。小猪出生后要在当天每只小猪打2ml铁血龙，补血。员工们态度都很积极乐观，把厂里的事当做自己的事来做，也很关照新人。不过对猪有点凶，猪也不在乎，不凶不起来。经过这一天，我累的胳膊疼，腿疼，腰疼，手上脚上还有水泡。这时我已经打了退堂鼓，不喜欢这种生活，这种环境，态度很消极。告诉杜飞后，他好一顿劝，我才有所好转 8月11号，第二天了，今天主要做的工作很简单，除了打扫卫生，就是给猪打铁血龙，打吊针，接生。今天天气比较热，产房对温度湿度都很讲究的，否则母猪小猪都受不了。这里的降温措施很简
14、单，出了自然风，每个单元还有四个风扇，猪舍房顶上有喷雾，还有就是用高压水枪喷洗母猪，这个不能喷正在生产的母猪和小猪。老师给我们讲的水帘只有种猪舍才有。 晚上是场里的例会。我们有幸聆听。例会是晚上8点在食堂开的，讲了种种问题，有奖有惩。也讲了些重要部署和今后的工作安排。散会后，我们几个又和场长聊了会天，才回去睡觉 8月12号，终于第三天了，感觉时间过得真慢。通过两天的学习，他们基本上让我自己干了。上午给猪打针，剪牙断尾，下午接生，打吊针，配药。这些书本上的理论还没学呢，先学了实践了，以后学习时肯定很好接受。我们打算明天再干一天就申请到别的流程学习了，时间紧迫，得抓住机会，好好学 8月13号，今天
15、一到那芳姐就让我抓小猪，把小猪全部抓到保温箱里。我觉得很奇怪，小猪正在吃奶，为什么要强行地抓走呢。抓完小猪就给大猪喂料了，难道是怕大猪吃料时伤了小猪吗？在闲的时候我问芳姐，芳姐说现在是在调教小猪呢，出生后两天，每到喂料时都把小猪抓进保温箱，到第三天，一喂料，小猪就自己进去了。确实可以防止踩踏，也可以方便我们在喂猪时打扫猪舍。原来小猪真的很聪明啊。 我今天在书上看到有关动物的“铸定式记忆”的论述，动物行为学家研究结果表明，许多动物出生后第一眼所看到的东西，意义十分重大，就像胶卷底片曝光一样，在记忆深处留下永久的映像，无法逆转。动物行为学家将这种现象称为“铸定式记忆”，一生一世难以忘怀，也难以更改
16、。许多动物幼仔往往把第一眼看到的会动的东西当做自己的母亲，把第一眼看到的四周环境认同是自己的家。 突然联想到之前我接生时，已经被我接生的小猪围在我身边，还用它可爱的粉鼻子蹭我，原来他们是把我当做猪妈妈了。多么奇特的自然现象啊，多么单纯的小猪啊 8月14号，今天是我们来猪场的第五天，也是我们计划在产房呆的最后一天。 上午，我和张童按照昨晚约定的，今天互相给对方拍摄视频，记录我们的工作结果。因为我们线的工作比较多，就让她下来我们这边了。我们相互拍了剪牙断尾的，注射铁血龙的，接生的和去势的（即阉割的）视频。 今天因台风，狂风暴雨的，天气极为恶劣。也许是因为天气，也许是我虎头蛇尾，今天下午总是不想做事
17、。扫了猪粪，给小猪剪牙断尾后，我便自己呆在角落里，有时看看小猪吃奶打架，有时翻翻手机，看到群里大家都在聊因为台风或是提前下班，或是躲雨去了，心里真不平衡。反正他们不叫我，我就是不主动干什么。一直熬到下班，芳姐让我回去了，觉得终于解放了。虽然冒着大雨，却仍是欢喜雀跃的。 晚上我们去找场长聊天，场长重新给我们安排了工作。明天我和张童去保育室，学两天，再去公猪站，也就是实验室。后面的事，后面再安排了 8月15号，我们如愿以偿换了地方，满怀期待的来到传说中的保育舍，没想到来到这里无聊死了。我们就在猪圈里看小猪，给小猪拍照。我们一进到猪圈里，小猪就围过来，闻我，咬我的胶鞋。在猪圈的铁栏杆上坐的屁股疼，所
18、以干脆就到饲料房里坐着偷懒了 8月16号，今天在保育舍也没做什么，挺闲的。就上午给小猪喂喂料，洗料槽，刮猪粪，然后就一直在看小说。下午也是，看了一下午的书，没有干活。本来要调猪的，明天要卖小猪了，不知道为什么，又没调。只是抓了一只称重，就放回去了。 我们和梅姐，秋姨聊天，发现她们都很满意这份工作，对场长评价很高。尤其是秋姨，她已经来这里工作六年了。 明天我们去隔离舍，区长说也不是很忙 8月17号，今天我们去了隔离舍，比保育舍好玩一点。由李师傅带我们，他在这工作7年了，经验丰富。 李师傅先带着我们转了一下，了解一下隔离舍。隔离舍共有五栋，里面养的都是不同阶段的后备母猪，也叫种猪。在这里主要是对种
19、猪进行防疫和饲养，使它更适合配种，在我看来就是吃好喝好等着怀孕。一栋是110120天猪，二栋是145天左右，三栋是175天左右，4栋是200天左右，4栋的就可以配种了，可以进行查情（检查是否发情）。李师傅说明天带我们学查情。 我们决定这三天没半天呆一栋，但是别的栋有事做我们也是要去的。首先当然是一栋啦，这里的这个饲养员叫阿斌，长得浓眉大眼，黝黑健壮，特别像维吾尔族，让从新疆来的我一眼看到就觉得亲切。我们看他在喂料就说帮他一起喂，他一边喂料一边说这些都是粉料，弄到身上痒得很，还是他自己喂吧，听到后，心里暖暖的。我们要去给五栋母猪打疫苗针了，打的是乙脑和口蹄疫疫苗，阿斌和李师傅带我们去。快走时阿宾
20、说要手套吗，我去给你们找副手套。我想，这个男生，平时不说话，还蛮细心的。说起打针，那真是惊心动魄啊。五栋的猪是4，5头一栏，全是少的。我们就拿着针管配16号针头在猪圈里追着猪打，每篇二：猪场实习日记(报告)_(2) 温氏实习实践之行系列报道 在指导老师陈汉忠老师的安排下，我们动科院动物医学系六位同学（孙坚、马圆圆、贺君君、姚玲、王喜娇、罗秀贞）在广西玉林市兴业种猪场成功地完成了我们一个月的生产实习，此次实习进行得很顺利，取得了较好的成绩，现对此次实习做一下简单的介绍： 1.实习时间2006年7月9日2006年8月9日，共4周。 2.实习地点广西温氏畜牧有限公司玉林分公司兴业种猪场 3.实习内容
21、参与猪场的日常猪病防治和饲养管理工作。 4.实习成果 （1）共完成了7份实习报告。其中每个同学完成一份实习报告 （包括实习内容、实习体会等），小组总结报告1份。 （2）每个同学一份实习鉴定（实习单位盖章），鉴定对每个实习学生做出了评价，6名学生单位实习鉴定成绩全部合格。 引子：2006年7月10日，在陈汉忠老师的带领下，我们踏上了去玉林的快巴。刚在车上坐定，竟然得知安排我们此次实习的广西温氏畜牧有限公司玉林分公司的办公室主任梁主任和我们是同一趟车，而且就坐在我们的旁边，这么巧的事竟然让我们碰上了，可真应了那句老话：踏破铁鞋无觅处，得来全不费工夫。这样不平凡的巧合，注定了我们不平凡的实习? 第一
22、篇 温氏印象 动医032班孙坚 说起温氏，我最初的了解是在去年暑假，学院组织党员及学生干部一行10人到南宁市邕宁区三下乡，温氏在广西的总部就是坐落在这里，那次我们不仅参观了温氏的总部，还参观了下面的养鸡户，就是在那次我才对温氏的企业宗旨及发展模式才有了一个初步的了解，当我听到公司+基地+农户这样有创新的模式后，我惊呆了，这是一种多么新颖而又符合中国当前农村实际的模式啊！今天我又来到了温氏，而且即将在这里度过一个月的时光，一走近温氏就看见了几个镶金大字：精诚合作，齐创美满生活。这就是温氏企业精神的核心内容，正是这看起来普普通通的几个字，却伴随着温氏人走过了23年的风风雨雨，成为温氏发展史上永不倒

24、地面积620多亩，投资1500万元，该猪场三面环山，一面临水，具有得天独厚的地理环境条件，对猪场的稳定和发展有着至关重要的作用。此猪场为种猪场，有员工100名，年产可达3万头，猪场厂房宽敞、布局合理、设备先进，共分为配种组、分娩组、保育组、育成组和公猪站五个部门，其中配种组、分娩组和育成组各有两条生产线，两条生产线各自独立，有各自的管理模式和生产指标，这种相互独立、公平竞争的模式非常有利于技术的交流和提高。 第二篇 实习日记 之一 一次令人难忘的实习 动医033班马圆圆 2006年7月10日,我怀着激动的和无比期待的心情来到了温氏玉林兴业种猪场，开始了为期一个月的实习生活。我们将和那里的员工一
25、起工作、生活和交流。 初来乍到，我们对猪场的情况还不了解。通过自己在猪场里的所见所闻以及和猪场员工的沟通和交流，我们对猪场的情况才有所了解。这是一个规范的、专业化的种猪场。猪场实行全封闭管理，员工只有特殊情况才能允许外出。员工的日常生活包括饮食、起居等都在猪场的员工生活区内进行，这样就保证了员工能更好地把精力投入到种猪的生产中去。 由于实习的安排，在开始的几天里，我们还不能进入生产线工作。于是先做一些后勤方面的工作。后勤工作是繁琐而艰辛的。通过参与扛水管、拉电线以及装风扇等工作，我们在汗水中懂得了后勤工作的重要性，既要保证猪场的正常供水、供电，又要注意正值盛夏对猪的防暑降温。所以后勤工作要求做
26、到一丝不苟。 做完了开始几天的后勤工作，我们终于可以进入生产线工作了。根据种猪场的养殖程序，猪场分为配种组、分娩组、保育组和育成组。整个猪场的生产区分为两个生产线。我被分配到了育成组进行实习工作，由担任育成组组长的师兄对我进行实习指导。 刚到育成组，我对育成猪的养殖技术的了解仅仅局限与书本上，实践方面还有所欠缺，实践能力还有待提高。一开始，我在育成猪的日常饲养管理方面还无从下手。比如一天要喂多少料、分几次喂，发病猪如何医治等许多问题一下子摆在了我面前。后来通过请教饲养员以及师兄的亲手和耐心的示教，我才逐渐了解和掌握饲养和管理育成猪的技术。 育成猪采用分群和自由采食的饲养方式，抓好饲养管理是重中
27、之重，对疾病进行防治结合，以防为主。每次上班首先都要巡栏，观察猪群是否有异常情况，包括精神状态、粪便、行走状况和呼吸等。如有异情，要及时采取措施控制和防止异情的扩大。 喂料时坚持多餐少喂的原则，根据具体情况改变投料量，并且保证有充足而干净的饮水。同时，还要经常用保健药物伴料喂猪，或在药桶中投入保健药，伴水让猪饮用。 平时要注意保持猪舍环境的清洁卫生，其中非常重要的一项工作就是清除猪粪。起初我认为铲猪粪是一项很累、很让人烦心的工作，后来我才懂得铲猪粪其实是很重要并且是非常有必要的。通过清除猪粪可以使猪舍清洁，又可以预防疾病的发生。天气炎热，可以采用高压水枪进行冲栏。既可以清洗猪舍，又可以降温，以
28、防中暑。 发现病猪要及时给药并且要合理用药。这就要求平时要勤于观察，培养观察能力，同时还要熟记常用药有何用途，针对何种病。根据发病猪的病情，必要时进行隔离观察，并对其进行针对性的治疗。 另外，还要定期对猪舍及其周边环境进行消毒，还要按照疫苗免疫注射计划按时对猪进行疫苗注射，在疫苗注射的前一天要给猪投以抗激药，比如胺基维他和维生素，以避免在注射疫苗时发生应激现象。遇到突发情况，一时还无法解决，要及时请示组长，由组长组织进行解决。每天上班要认真负责地做好每一项工作，保证猪群健康地生长。 在这个月的实习过程中，我最深的体会就是可以将书本所学到的理论知识与实践相结合，在参与猪场的具体工作中锻炼和提高了
29、自己的动手操作能力。同时，也学到了书本上所没有的知识。给病猪打针时，这就要求必须熟练掌握注射器的使用方法。在学校上实验课时也接触过注射器，但这次却是在具体的实践中，感觉有很大的不同。刚开始给猪打针时，还很不熟练，出现了针头被打歪或要通过打几次才能把要打完的情况。后来通过多给猪打针才渐渐熟练起来。原来师傅们熟练的打针技术也是通过不断地磨练和总结经验才练就的。同时，遇到不懂的问题主动向师傅们请教，在师傅们的教导中，我受利益匪浅，有些东西在书本上是学不到的，需要通过实践和自己的亲身体会才能真正领悟到。另外，在和场里员工交流的过程中，提高了人际交往的能力。我们在实习中也可以初步地了解猪场的经营管理理念
