6、nication of sector achievements during the AOP 1,5,Key achievements: Service Delivery,In line with bottom up planning and reporting, outputs are based on information directly from districts 61 out of 78 (78%) districts provided information on service delivery achievements, regardless of new tools an
7、d AOP1 as HQ document. Good outputs, and performance achieved with regard to: Mothers being kept healthy during pregnancy (ANC services) New borns (2 weeks) protected against immunizable conditions Children, and adults being able to survive common illnesses (IMCI, VCT, ARVs, TB cure, etc),6,Key achi
8、evements: Service Delivery(2),Favorable performance achieved with regard to Children, and adults adopting healthy lifestyles (supposed to be key change introduced in KEPH by the sector) (school health programs, youth friendly services, households implementing hygiene practices)Main concerns relate t
