5、来冲击和影响，国内外工程的竞争也日趋激烈，这一切迫使我们应尽快 熟悉国际上通用的工程项目管理模式。再加上目前国内工程项目管理现状与国际 工程项目管理之间存在差距，从而提出研究这些问题的重要性和必要性。 本文在对国内外工程项目管理模式综述的基础上，对目前工程项目管理模式 进行对比分析和研究，指出了我国现有的工程项目管理模式存在的问题和不足， 及国外工程项目管理带来的借鉴和启示。同时并提出了我国工程项目管理与国际 接轨的对策和思考。 本文以温州某围涂造地项目为例，研究了我国项目管理模式的选择问题。在 我国工程项目管理模式的选择上，建议推广PMC模式，同时指出现阶段PMC存在的 问题和不足。在此基础
6、上，提出了工程项目管理的组合模式PMC-Partnering项目 管理模式，通过组合模式与传统模式的比较，指出组合模式应用的价值。 通过本文的论述，可以使工程项目管理从业人员认识到对工程项目管理模式 研究的重要性和必要性，同时通过先进工程项目管理模式的引进和借鉴，可以提 高我国建筑企业的竞争力，也对我国建筑企业应对国内国际建筑市场的激烈竞争 有一定的现实意义。 关键词关键词：工程项目管理；管理模式；对比分析；发展趋势 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT I BASED ON GEOGRAPHICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WENZHOU MODEL OF PROJECT

Foreign advanced management
8、 experience, scientific management mode of intervention is bound to impact on Chinas construction market and the impact of domestic and international projects the intensity of competition; all this requires us to be familiar with the international community project management model as soon as possib

Considering the difference between project management status of the current domestic and international engineering project management, researching on this problems is important and necessary In this paper, based on introduction the project management model at home and abroad, analysis on the cur
10、rent project management model, problems and deficiencies of current project management in China is pointed. We should bring reference and inspiration on foreign project management, and put forward our project management and international standards of response and reflection. In this paper, a project
11、 in Wunzou as an example, how to choose the project management model in our country is studied. In our project management model of choice, it is recommended to promote PMC model, noting that the PMC at this stage the problems and shortcomings.
