2、eted his residency（实习） and worked as a physician at Ruijin Hospital in Shanghai. From 1960 to 1982, Wang taught at Shanghai Second Medical University (in July merged into Shanghai Jiao Tong University therefore became its medical school), and was the dean （系主任）of its pathology（病理学） and physiology （生
3、理学）departments.,From 1982 to 1987, Wang was the director of the Division of Basic Medicine of Shanghai Second Medical University. From 1987 to 1996, Wang was the Director of Shanghai Institute of Hematology（血液学） (SIH). Wang now is 、,Professor Wang Zhenyi has been engaged in the teaching and research
4、 work of internal medicine and hematology surgery for 45 years. He has been successively engaged in teaching at Foundation of Internal Medicine, General Internal Medicine, Hematology, Pathophysiology（病理生理学） etc.,Wang is also noted for nurturing many of Chinas top researchers and doctors,until today
5、he has supervised 11 Ph D candidates and 43 M.A. candidates. including Health Minister Chen Zhu who, along with his wife Chen Saijuan, were Wangs students.
