3、a cost-effective end product to be produced. Any supplier suggestions to improve product cost will always be evaluated. This standard is intended to supplement any and all requirements currently specified on the applicable engineering detail drawing. All references to steel and properties apply to t

6、地方标准。SPECIFICATIONS 规范1. Application 应用 The steel will be used for on and off highway trailer axle spindles and torsion arms. Typically, the spindles will be fixtured and then arc welded by rotating the spindle coaxially with the axle tube. The torsion arms will have spindle and inner bar pressed in
7、to them, and then the assembly is welded together. Chemical Composition 化学成分The heat, ladle, and part main chemical elements and mechanical properties are to be supplied, by the producer to the user, along with the steel mill heat number and mill name with every shipment. The residual chemical element
12、s are to be supplied upon request. Heat, ladle, and part chemistries are subject to product or check analysis as specified in ASTM a29 or SAE J409 standard of the latest issue.
