1、一、情景： 顾客银行取 10000 元人民币 ,银行职员请他出示有关身份证明和填写取款单,并输 入帐户密码 .顾客起初输错了密码 ,但后来想起来了 .银行职员询问顾客需要什么 面值的货币 .顾客告知职员他要 5000 元百元面值的钞票 ,3000 元五十面值的钞票 , 其余的要小面值的钞票A:Hello,what can I do for you?
