10、and regulations1、甲方依法制定的劳动纪律和规章制度，乙方有义务遵守；Labor discipline and regulations legally stipulated by party A, party B shall have the duty to abide by it.2、签订本合同前，甲方已对乙方进行了劳动纪律、操作规程、管理制度等相应的培训；Before signing this contract, Party A has to provide party B the labor discipline, operating procedures, managem
11、ent system and the corresponding training3、乙方应当遵守甲方的工作操作规程，服从工作安排；Party B shall abide by the working procedures, obey the work arrangement of party A.4、乙方违反劳动纪律或规章制度，甲方有权按本单位的规章制度，给予纪律处分，直至解除本合同。If Party B violates labor discipline or regulations, Party A is entitled by the rules of the unit to give

14、件的；Been proven not to meet the conditions of employment during the trial period.2、采取欺诈手段订立本合同的；Adopted fraudulent means to enter into this contract.3、严重违反劳动纪律或规章制度给甲方造成重大损害的；Seriously violated labor discipline or regulations to cause significant harm to the Party A.4、严重失职、营私舞弊，或泄露甲方商业秘密，给甲方利益造成重大损失的
15、；Gross negligence, malpractice, or disclosure of trade secrets Party A, to cause heavy losses to the interests of the Party A.5、乙方同时与其他用人单位建立劳动关系，对完成本单位的工作任务造成严重影响，或者经用人单位提出，拒不改正的；Party A built labor relationships with other unit, to cause a serious impact on the completion of the tasks of the unit,
