Whut Email: ,国际企业概论课程,目 的,促使学生将本课程和本专业相关其它课程的知识灵活运用到实践中; 拓展专业知识,促使学生进行广泛阅读、调研; 培养动手能力和实践能力; 提高专业英语阅读和写作能力; 锻炼学生创造性思维和创新能力; 培养学生团队合作精神,基 本 要 求,1.组织形式:学生以3-4人按照自愿原则组成策划小组。要求每人必须属于某个小组,不鼓励个人单独工作。小组要求设组长一人,每位组员各自分工明确,负责某一具体工作。(如策划构思、资料查找、撰写某个

2、部分、翻译等等),2.内容要求:,小组自己“虚构”一个,或者选择一个现成的企业,同时选择一个他国市场作为目标市场,对该企业如何在目标市场开展商务活动进行策划。为了避免过于宽泛,在教师列出的16个“商务策划阶段模型”中任选12个,作为选题。即只需要策划其中某个阶段或者步骤即可。也可自选阶段或者模型,但不可超出“国际商务”范围。,3.资料阅读:,对教师提供的资料及其来源要充分利用,并加以拓展。 阅读务必充分,即使是虚构企业,也必须立足现实。 不提倡在缺少学习调研的情况下任意凭空想象。 避免犯常识性错误。,4.成果体现:,(1) 策划最终形成策划案文字稿,中、英文版本各一份。工作数量要求:按中文计,

3、不少于20个页码(15000字以上); 质量要求:- 创意好,有创新;- 能将书本知识灵活运用;- 基础调研充分;- 策划方案合理;有可操作性;- 内容完整,形式美观;- 英文部分是自己动手翻译的,无重大错误;- 小组协调好,团队精神突出。,4.成果体现:,(2) 报告会(presentations)各小组提交用于报告会的PPT;与学工办合作,拟组织2010级商务策划大赛。,时间安排,从课程进行到第3周起开始,直至课程结束时(即第8周)完成,共5周 阶段检查安排: 1)第4周:组成小组,选好题目,任务分派; 2)第5周:策划方案大纲 3)第6-7周:完成初步方案 4)第8周:修改、提交 5)第

4、9或10周:大赛,考核方式及其评分说明,本次商务策划是国贸专业必修课程“国际企业概论”的一次大作业,也是课程考核的重要组成部分。 基本分数:按照小组评分,原则上小组评分是本组每位成员的基本得分。评分标准见“教师评价表”(如下)。 浮动分数:为了避免平均主义 每位同学填写“个人评分表” ,包括自评和同伴评分,供教师参考。若小组多数同学给一位伙伴过高或过低评价,教师将调节该同学个人评分。同时,教师将考虑在设计过程中每位同学的态度、所完成的那部分工作的质量以及与教师沟通的情况。 最后评分: 综合前面两项得到。该成绩占课程总成绩的30。 反馈意见: 成绩评定后,将教师评价和意见反馈给学生,有利于学生进
