How to Make Sauted Vermicelli with Spicy Minced Pork,Procedures: Combine the pork, corn flour, and 1 tbsp of soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil in a large bowl.Use chopsticks or your fingers to stir them for 10 minutes. Put the vermicelli in a heatproof bowl, cov

10、er with boiling water and soak for 5 minutes, rinse and drain well. Heat a wok over high heat, add the vegetable oil, then the scallions, garlic, ginger and chili bean sauce, stir-fry them for 10 seconds. Later add the pork and fry for 2 minutes. Stir in the stock, salt, the remaining soy sauce, ric
