2、 many countries and they are actively developing and utilizing its wind resource, China is no exception.,The main results achieved are as following: 1. According to the classic theory of the wind turbine blade design and using 3D modeling software, the blades 3-D solid model is established. Accordin

3、g to the situation that there are lots of aerofoil data, a suitable modeling method is put out which make the modeling more quickly and accurately. 2. Based on the solid model and aerofoil design section respectively, two blade mold design and manufacturing methods are put out. There are different a

4、dvantages in each of two methods, which can be chosen according to the actual production conditions.,3. In order to create high-strength lightweight blade, the key technology of composite material manufacture are analysised and the relevant parameters are identified. Using of strain measurement tech

5、nology, composite materials strength properties and the constants are determined. It provide materials data for FEM analysis . 4. Introduced the manufacturing process of how complete the blade. At last, we take the static and vibration experiments to blade; the result verified the correctness of fin

6、ite element analysis and the blades practicality .,Background and SignificanceAt present, the world attach great importance to energy issues, as the total energy consumption of the first electricity is a secondary energy by other energy converted from.The world energy production is mainly by the con

7、straints of the natural environment by hydropower and thermal power, Hydropower is restricted by the constraints of the natural environment and the environmental pollution is caused by coal-fired power seriously. In order to reduce the thermal power pollution of the atmosphere, the countries in the

8、world are actively developing wind power. China is also working to promote the development of wind power.,The manufacture and maintenance of wind turbines will also become an emerging manufacturing industry in the future. The applicability of small wind turbines is very broad in China. Independent a

9、nd efficient small wind turbine power generation is realistic for Chinas rural wind energy resource-rich areas, or national electricity grid areas not covered. The blades are the key components of the wind turbine. The blade of wind turbine converts the movement of the wind wheel rotation which will

10、 drive a generator and the design and manufacturing of blade will have a direct relationship to the efficiency and the life of wind generator, so the study of design and manufacture of the blade has a very important significance. This topic is the study of blade design and manufacturing process.,The

11、 content and methods of researchDepending on the wind turbine blade design theory and Guangxi local wind conditions, I design a suitable wind turbine blades. The main task is to determine the length of wind turbine blades, and the different sections of the airfoil chord length and installation angle

12、 , and use three-dimensional modeling software Pro / Engineer to establish a three-dimensional solid model of the blade. 2. According to the blades entity model and section parameters , I design blades molds. This article will be used two different methods to research, and compare the advantages and

13、 disadvantages of the two methods .,3. Manufacturing process of the blade. This will be the content of glass fiber and resin , the resin curing temperature and time relationship between the degree of diluent and plated resin Bo resistance, the use of mold release agents were studied ,and test the me

14、chanical properties of composite materials, The test results will be used for the subsequent finite element analysis of data and evidence . 4. This paper determines leaf thickness and internal support structure. Finally, I verify the correctness and blade performance analysis of the actual situation

15、,The airfoil cross-section plan,ConclusionThis paper studied two blade mold design and manufacturing methods , these two methods in the process and costs as well as production efficiency advantages and disadvantages , according to the actual situation of the appropriate choice of mold design and man

This paper discusses the process of composite manufacturing some of the more important processes, such as the ratio of fiber and resin , curing agent and the amount of diluent , curing temperature , the manufacturing of the composite material has a high specific strength and s

Based on the results and the ease of implementation process, this article determines an internal support structure of the blade , plated glass fiber layers, with the top and bottom surface of the blade size, etc. , and finally complete blade manufacturing . 4.
