1、加强学习交流 提升专业发展 Communication for learning, progress for our teaching ability 石家庄河北国际学校付顺华,外语老师应有如下特点： passionate 2. humorous 3. eloquent 4. knowledgeable 5. industrious 6. aggressive 7. innovative 8. friendly 9. patriotic 10. religious,学外语只要入了门是可以无师自通的 。 教的最高境界是不教。做个好厨师，和铺路工就行了。 学外语的副产品：思维方式的转变，价值观念的
2、进步，正确把握社会发展的方向 灵活是学习外语的灵魂。词无定音，音无定意。不可让语法束缚住头脑。词汇是农村，语法是城市 还是农村包围城市的好。 语言不要学的太标准太干净，否则难于有效沟通。 虽然语言是约定俗成的结果，不可能都能说清为什么。但作为老师多想个为什么有利于学生的理解和记忆。（不定冠词，词尾变化，不规则动词，不同词义之间的联系，动词短语词意等）,二、 英语学习的新思维 1 走出两个误区 1）学不会语法，学不会英语。 2）学英语只是为考试得高分。 2 树立几个观念 1） 学外语不存在捷径 2） 英语不是教会的，而是练会的，用会的。应用是最好的学习。 Use it , or lose it.
3、 3） 选择好的学习材料很关键,学习的内容不要仅限于教材。 4） 背诵是最简单的方法，也是最有效的方法。 5） 辞典是最好的老师 6） 少问为什么，多记是什么 7） 词汇量是英语水平的主要标记 8） 词汇的突破要通过阅读来完成 9） 记单词要在句中进行 10) 动嘴强化记忆 11) 多看英语电影，多听英语歌曲，多听英语演讲。 12） 语法要通过口语突破,l Im sorry to have kept you waiting so long. l I must have dialed the wrong number. l Everything that can be done has been
