3、ird time to visit Beijing.这是我第三次访问北京。3 3序数词前面也可以加不定冠词a或an，表示“又一； 再”，内含顺序性。如：Weve tried it three times.Must we try it a fourth time？我们已经试过三遍了。还必须再试一次(第四次)吗？三、概数词的用法1 1hundred，thousand，million，billion，dozen与具体的数字one，two或several，some，many等连用时，要用单数形式。如：five hundred people 500人two thousand books 两千本书many
4、 million trees 几百万棵树2 2与of连用时，要用复数形式，但前面不能再加数字。如：2thousands of factories成千上万家工厂四、数词的其他常见表达1 1编号表示法名词基数词the序数词名词。如：第一课Lesson Onethe first lesson第二页Page Twothe second page2路公车Bus No.2或the No.2 bus。有时可以直接用数字来表示。如：206房间 Room 206一年级二班 Class 2，Grade 12 2世纪表示法通常为定冠词序数词世纪(century)，也可为定冠词百位进数s。如：the sixth(6t
5、h)century 公元6世纪the 1900s 20世纪3 3年代表示法用“inthe年代s”表示“在几十世纪几十年代”；若表示早期、中期、晚期时，可在定冠词前添加early，mid，late。如：in the 1960s 在20世纪60年代in the 1830s 在19世纪30年代in the early 1920s 在20世纪20年代初期也可用“inones整十的复数”表示“在某人多岁时”。如：in her twenties 在她20多岁时4 4年、月、日表示法通常英式英语表达顺序为“日，月，年”，而美式英语表达为“月，日，年”。一般“年份”用基数词(可简写)，“日期”用序数词，读时前
6、面加定冠词the。如：on May 5th 2015 在2015年5月5日5 5数词的其他重要表示法表示在一定基础上增加一定的数量，用“another基数词名词复数基数词more名词复数”。如：We need another two chairs.We need two more chairs.我们还需要两把椅子。表示计量时，用“基数词度量单位形容词(long/wide/deep/high)”。如：Lin Shuhao is 1.91 meters tall.林书豪高1.91米。“基数词连字符名词(形容词)”作定语，名词用单数形式。如：a fifteenyearold boy 一个15岁的男孩
