1、I摘 要面对全球化、经贸一体化、日新月异的科学技术、市场竞争日益加剧以及消费需求的个性化、多样化及动态快速多变对制造企业、制造系统及制造模式与方法等在灵活性(柔性)、快速性(敏捷性)、适应性等方面所提出的更多需要、更高要求,传统制造模式与制造方法已显得越来越不适应。为此,本文通过构建一种更为灵活和易于重构的具有较大适应能力的新型先进制造模式可适应制造,并对此模式在制造系统和车间层次上开展了相应的建模方法、生产设备布局优化方法和车间生产调度策略搜索方法的研究与应用,以为增强制造企业、制造系统对市场变化的适应性和灵捷性提供新方法、新途径。本文通过分析如敏捷制造、网络化制造等先进制造模式在对因应市场

2、动态多变的(被动/主动)适应能力的不足之处,提出了一种旨在增强制造企业、制造系统应对市场的适应能力的可适应制造模式。为推动该模式在系统层面和车间层面上的应用与实施,本文创新性地将多 Agent 理论与 Petri 网方法结合,提出一种基于多 Agent 的可扩展着色赋时 Petri 网(Agent-oriented Extend Colored Timed Petri Net,AOECTPN)的建模方法,从而可以从不同层次上、不同粒度上以及系统相关行为特上对可适应制造系统进行建模,而且还针对可适应制造系统构建了相应的评价指标体系和多级模糊评价方法以对其适应性等多个特性进行评估。同时,将基于 A

3、OECTPN 的建模方法应用于可适应制造车间的建模、设计与优化,并分别提出一种基于遗传算法与禁忌搜索算法的可适应制造车间生产设备布局优化方法和基于 Petri 网编码的改进遗传算法的可适应制造车间生产调度策略的搜索方法,以为可适应制造车间在其生产设备和生产调度策略与方法上实现灵捷动态重构,应对市场的快速多变,提供新方法、新策略。本文最后将上述的 AOECTPN 建模方法、生产加工设备布局优化方法和生产调度策略搜索方法应用到深圳大学机械制造基础中心的柔性制造系中,构建了相应的可适应制造车间试验系统,从原理上验证了上述方法的正确性、可行性;相关仿真与实验结果表明,本文所提出的可适应制造模式及基于

10、nt-oriented Extend, on Colored Timed Petri Net, AOECTPN) modeling method, which can be from different levels, different particle size and system-related behavior especially can be adapted to the manufacturing system modeling, but also can be adapted to the manufacturing system to build the evaluatio

11、n system and multi-level fuzzy evaluation method to assess its adaptability and other characteristics. The same time, will be used in AOECTPN-based modeling method can be adapted to the modeling, design and optimization of the manufacturing plant, were proposed based on genetic algorithms and tabu s

12、earch algorithm can be adapted to the production equipment of the manufacturing plant layout optimization method based on Petri net encoding improvements in the genetic algorithm search method can be adapted to the manufacturing plant production scheduling policy, In order to be adapted to the manuf

13、acturing plant in its production equipment and production scheduling strategies and methods to achieve the dynamic reconfiguration of agile response to rapidly changing market, providing new methods and new strategies.IIIFinally, the above AOECTPN modeling methods, production and processing equipmen

14、t layout optimization methods and search methods of production scheduling policies in flexible manufacturing systems applied to the center of Shenzhen University, machinery manufacturing base, building can be adapted to manufacturing plant test system, from the principle of verify the correctness of
