13、and the local customs and practices in Huaian 男子剃龙头 旧时淮安民间有“有钱无钱剃头过年”的 说法。春节前剃头到二月二已经一个多 月了，正是需要剃头理发的时候。二月 二龙抬头是吉祥如意的日子，时间一长 就形成了二月二剃头的习俗。“二月二” 龙抬头，家家小孩剃毛头，也是这一原 因，为取吉利在剃头中间加“龙”字，叫 剃“龙”头，以区别其他时间的剃头，还 有些女孩选此日穿耳孔。另外家长们选 此日送孩子们入学读书。 淮安都天庙会 淮安都天庙会：据传此会是纪念唐朝御 史张巡的。每年农历四月十日左右举行1 次。参与者多是商家。为了出好会，前3 天就作好准备。
14、出会路程是，早上在都 天庙街集合出发，途经各主要街巷，中 晚饭都在定好的地点，由各行业送来吃 。 大囤满，小囤流 用青灰画粮囤或梁仓，或在门前画不等 的圆圈，象征大圆接小圆，祈祷丰收， 这又是民间一俗。二月二，有的还吃除 夕锅巴和妇女忌用针线的习俗。据说龙 抬头东针线，会伤害龙的眼睛。 照房梁 这天，用过年祭祀下来的蜡烛点着。照房 梁和墙壁，以取灭害虫。另外，在这天， 孩子们用筷子敲干瓢，边敲边说：“二月 二，敲瓢叉，十个老鼠九个瞎。”用筷子 敲酒盅说：“二月二，敲酒盅，十个老鼠 九窝空”，由此来驱鼠灭鼠。用白纸条书 写“二月二，诸虫蚂蚁直入地”的“蜒蛐榜” ，其中“诸虫蚂蚁直入地”要倒书，然
