Much of its ritual is based on the esoteric (神秘的) Tantra (密宗) and the ancient Shamanism (萨满教).Tibetan Buddhism Bodhidharma (菩提达摩) from India, the 28th patriarch (宗教创始 人，元老) of Buddhism, was the first one to transmit (传播) the concept of Dhyana to China which later developed into Chan or Zen.Bodhi
