1、1 VTS用户指南（初稿）洋山 VTS简介洋山 VTS由芦潮港雷达站（北纬30o 51 29.7“ ，东经 121o 5051.1“ ） 、大戢山雷达站（北纬 30o 48 35.0“ ，东经 122o 10 25.0“ ） 、大洋山雷达站（北纬30o 35 37.0“ ，东经 122o 05 03.9“ ） 、 小洋山雷达站（北纬 30o 38 03.9“ ，东经 122o 03 24.4“ ） 、 小衢山雷达站（北纬 30o 31 33.0“ ，东经 122o 15 51.0“ ） 、下三星雷达站（北纬30o 26 09.1“ ，东经 122o 31 35.0“ ）组成。洋山 VTS系统构
2、成及性能：1、雷达监控子系统：每个雷达12 海里作用距离，具有重放雷达跟踪的功能；2、VHF通信子系统：每个基站20 海里作用距离，具有语音录音功能；3、船舶数据处理子系统：船舶数据处理能力10000艘次；4、气象子系统：全天候实时监测气象；Yangshan VTS Summary Yangshan VTS consist of Luchaogang radar station（30o 51 29.7”N, 121 o 50 51.1”E）, Dajishan radar station（30o 48 35.0”N, 122o 10 25.0”E）, Dayangshan radar stat

11、ntions and/or national rules and regulations and ships which the competent authority may require to be governed by the VTS. 航路：洋山港主航道分为港内航道和港外航道；金山航道洋山段分为南、北段航道和东、西段航道; 漕泾航道洋山段系指由漕泾灯浮至K19 、K20灯浮的漕泾航道 ; 洋山东支航道系指由Y31灯浮至 A0灯浮为中央浮标的航道 ; 南支航道延伸段系指以南支灯船至A0灯浮为中央浮标的航道 ; 东海大桥通航孔航道系指由东海大桥1、2、3、4 号通航孔航道组成的航道。C

13、ht buoy; The Yangshan dong zhi Hangdao is a channel from Y31 light buoy to A0 Light buoy; The Nanzhi hangdao prolong section is a channel from Nanzhi light vessel to A0 light buoy; The East-sea bridge traffic openings is composed of No. 1、2、3 and 4 traffic opening. 航道限制：1、禁止船舶在航道里调头；5 2、主航道人工疏浚航道段内实
14、行单程航行；3、禁止船舶在桥区安全水域范围内的通航孔航道内交会、追越及并排航行。4、禁止载运爆炸品或易燃性危险货物船舶在夜间通过东海大桥; 5、 禁止 1000总吨及以上的载运爆炸品或易燃性危险货物船舶通过东海大桥 ; 6、禁止吊拖船队、 总长度超过 120米或者总宽度超过22 米的其他拖轮船队通过东海大桥主通航孔; 7、禁止拖轮船队及顶推船- 驳船组合体通过东海大桥辅通航孔; 8、视程小于 1000米时，禁止船舶、设施通过东海大桥；有关气象部门发布本海区海面风力达到8 级及以上时，禁止船舶通过东海大桥辅通航孔；海面风力达到 9 级及以上时， 禁止船舶通过东海大桥主通航孔; 视程小于 500

16、the safety water area of the bridge. 4 Vessels carrying explosive or flammable cargos are prohibited to pass through the East Sea Bridge at night. 5Vessels carrying explosive or flammable cargos with 1000 gross tons and more are prohibited to pass through the East Sea Bridge. 6Towing fleets and other tug fleets over 120 meters in length or the their width over 22 meters are prohibited to pass through the main traffic opening of the East
