6、 calculation method of CO2 emissions2、国内有科研机构做了相关计算研究,但目前中国钢铁行业还没有制定标准的算法无论哪种算法,目前比较受公认的计算公式为:CO2排放总量=直接排放+间接排放- 碳排放权抵扣 4n Some domestic research institutions do the relevant calculation studies, but the Chinese steel industry has not yet developed a standard algorithm.n No matter what kind of algor

7、ithm, the recognized formula is as follows:n Total CO2 emission = direct emissions + indirect emissions - carbon emissions deduction国际钢协WSA的计算方法 The calculation method of WSAWSA方法用于高炉计算主要存在两点不足:(1)其计算体系更适合计算钢铁厂全流程的排放;(2)排放因子是国际的平均水平,并不能反映国内各钢厂的真实值。WSA计算钢铁厂CO2排放量的边界 Calculation boundary of WSA5two di

In fact two calculation methods shall be used for different calculation purpose.The first is BF process CO2 emission (direct emission), which calculates emission in range of BF process, and it facilitate iron plant to know emission data of BF process and to compare between different BFsThe second

13、is BFs complete CO2 emission, also called CO2 emission per ton Iron. Includes indirect emission of upstream processes like coking, sintering, etc. It facilitates evaluation of carbon emission by different iron making process like BF and non-BF process适用于我国的排放因子 Emission factors applicable to ChinaWS

14、A虽然制定了一套排放因子,但是存在两个问题:一是排放因子不全,如没有鼓风、压缩空气、煤气灰等排放因子;二是这套因子是国际的平均值,由于中国和国外的能源结构、能源品质不同、 发电方式存在较大差异等原因,部分排放因子并不适用于我国 因此,为使计算更加准确,应采用排放因子的实测值。8Although WSA set up the emission factors, there were still two problems: n emission factors were not complete, i.e. there were no emission factors of blasting ai
