1、化学系：王 芳TOC测定仪的原理及使用TOC测定仪的原理及使用发展历程仪器原理仪器参数应用范围服务领域TOC测定仪操作规程TOC定义及测定意义TOC的定义及测定意义总有机碳是指水体中溶解性和悬浮性有机物含碳的总量。水中有机物的种类很多，目前还不能全部进行分离鉴定。常以总有机碳（TOC）表示。TOC是一个快速检定的综合指标，它以碳的数量表示水中含有机物的总量，通常作为评价水体有机物污染程度的重要依据。但由于它不能反映水中有机物的种类和组成，因而不能反映总量相同的总有机碳所造成的不同污染后果。总有机碳的测定采用燃烧法，能将有机物全部氧化，比BOD或COD更能反映有机物的总量。 发展历程德国ELEM
2、ENTAR元素分析系统公司是历史最悠久的有机元素分析仪器的研究和开发者，至今已有100多年的历史。 1973年在水分析领域创建了第一台总有机碳分析仪Rapid C。随着技术的不断发展和深化，公司推出了全新标准的专利设计的总有机碳分析仪liquiTOC，被认为是水质领域碳元素分析概念的飞跃发展。 TOC测定仪的原理测定原理广泛应用的测定方法是燃烧氧化非 色散红外吸收法。将一定量水样注入高温 炉内的石英管， 900950温度下，以 铂和三氧化钴或三氧化二铬为催化剂，有 机物燃烧裂解转化为二氧化碳，用红外线 气体分析仪测定CO2含量，从而确定水样 中碳的含量。TOC的测定方法直接测定法 将水样预先酸

4、烧，使碳完全氧化生成的CO2通过大浓度范围的红外检测器被测定，测量范围自动选择和转换。 2.采用独特的动态燃烧系统，通过温度控制的反应器内，能对样品一次分析就获得TC、TIC、TOC。 3.反应器的设计及小的动态炉制造独特，简洁而耐用，具有高分析性能。工作范围围操作规规程开机顺序： 1.开启PC + Printer 2.开启自动进样器 3.开启 liquiTOC 主机,等待仪器初始化结束 4.进入liquiTOC 软件 5.开启载气: 设定气体钢瓶的减压阀的第二级表的压力指示 0.1-0.12MP(1.0-1.2 bar)此时，PC机压力显示：0.95-1.0 bar 流速 ：200 ml/m
5、in 6.仪器检漏 Option/Diagnosis 使用仪器专用 的轮式夹,观察流速显示为零. 7.仪器升温 ：催化剂加热炉：800常规分析 （必须在空白测试之后） 1.System/Mode，选择TIC-NPOC 2.System / Feeding，选择自动进样器的重复进样 次数 3.Text-View / Name，双击Name下的一栏，输入 “样品名称” 4.Conc.range，双击conc.range下的一栏，选择 并输入指定浓度 5.样品测定：做两个run in （20+20ppm TIC/TOC），再做两个blank，然后进标样，检查测 定结果的稳定性 6.做完样品后，再测试
6、去离子水2次，清洗管路 7.样品全部测试完毕，仪器自动进入睡眠状态，自动 关闭载气和降温， 待TOC主机降温至100后，即可退出程序，关闭 PC机和自动进样器。注意事项： 1.整个系统必须用去离子水(TOC 0.5 mg/l) 清洗直至到无TOC 2.推荐工作范围：最大500mg样品称重 或最大100mgC的绝对量 3.分析刺激性化学品，酸，碱性溶液，溶 剂，爆炸物或能组成爆炸物的材料清楚表 明被禁止的。服务领域1 1各种水样中有机碳含量的测定2 2环境工程中有机物的降解研究注意事项231整个系统必须 用去离子水 (TOC 0.5 mg/l) 清洗直 至到无TOC.推荐工作范 围：最大 500
