The term “watch“ is used in this Regulation to mean either a group of personnel composing the watch or a period of responsibility for an engineer offic

8、r, emergency conditions, damage containment or pollution abatement; (iii)由于情况的变化(如气候、冰区、污染水域、 浅水水域、各种应急情况、船损控制或消除污染) 而采用的特殊操作方法； (iv) the qualifications and experience of the watch; (iv)值班船员的资格和经验；动力工程系 Power Engineering Department (v) the safely of life, ship, cargo and port, and protection of the

15、re that the members of the relieving engineering watch are apparently fully capable of performing their duties effectively.
