1、上海交通大学博士学位论文政治机制的系统分析姓名：陈永国申请学位级别：博士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：胡伟20050101上海交通大学博士学位论文 摘 要 - V - 政治机制的系统分析 摘 要 本文运用系统科学方法对政治系统机制行为进行了研究 文中首先进行了有关政治系统机制的文献综述 介绍并总结了系统科学关于机制方面的科学原理阐明了政治系统政治关系等有关概念界定了政治机制定义分析了政治机制概念的实质为政治机制的数学模型的建立厘清了思路 然后顺沿政治机制数学模型的建构脉络划分政治机制元机制模式模式一模式二以及模式三运用系统科学符号动力学知识和元胞布尔网络自动机原理建构了政治机制的数学模型并建立
2、了测量和评价不同政治机制系统特征的指标及其计算方法为准确进行不同政治机制模式的比较和评价做好数学铺垫 其次根据建立的数学模型结合系统的机制效应和规模效应分别求解了三种政治机制模式的状态方程并计算出各机制系统定量指标进行了政治机制的系统分析描述解释并探索了不同机制模式的政治系统行为特征规律 最后根据以上三种机制模式的系统分析结果纵向不同系统规模大小和横向不同技术知识环境比较了各机制模式系统特点并进行了系统评价 归纳总结结论 重点比较了不同政治机制模式下的政府行为的逻辑把握政府行为的特征由此提出了我国政治机制模式理性选择的要求本文主要创新点在于 1将新近的系统科学原理和方法运用于政治领域从系统科学
3、的视角政治机制的系统分析 - VI - 对政治系统进行分析 2应用现代计算机技术对政治机制的系统进行模拟仿真 3运用系统科学布尔网络技术建构了政治机制的数学模型建立了政治系统量化指标体系 4利用系统科学原理建立了政治系统结构分析的框架根据本文建立的分析框架和数学模型 得出了许多凭直觉和感性无法得到的关于政治机制的系统行为规律包括机制模式一模式二和模式三的政治系统行为规律以及政府行为的逻辑 主要结论择要如下 1 模式一下的政府内部秩序性与整个体系的秩序性具有平衡消长的效果 2 就政治系统秩序性而言机制模式一的组织秩序性普遍较高无论是社会资本分布还是势力分布并且社会经济科技知识水平较高的条件下的机
4、制模式一的分布秩序性更为优越既没有振荡特征又随着系统规模的扩大而越来越稳定 3 就整个政治体系成员之间秩序性而言 同样的政治体系完全能够适应模式一和模式二不同的机制安排 4 从政治体系状态稳定性来看 政治机制模式二作用下的政府或其他环形组织它们构成政治机制模式二下的主体组织能够从机制模式一下一元星状组织的不破不立的藩篱之中走出来其作为核心部分的对偶状态始终能够在周期交替之中保持状态相对稳定性维持较好的继承性和连续性 5 对于机制模式二的政治体系来说科学技术知识发展增加了整个体系的状态稳定性 6 政治机制模式三作用有减少系统结构层次的功能但即使是政治机制上海交通大学博士学位论文 摘 要 - VI

6、I - A SYSTEMS ANALYSIS OF POLITICAL MECHANISM ABSTRACT In this dissertation, mechanism behaviors of political systems are studied in terms of system science, through political structure perspectives. Firstly, the document surveys of the political systematic mechanism are carried on, principles of sy
7、stem science concerning movement mechanism are summarized, concepts such as political system and political relationship are defined, and political mechanism is articulated consequently. The essence of political mechanism is highlighted. Then a framework of analysis for political system is establishe
8、d. Following the framework, mathematical models of various political mechanisms are constructed. Three proto-mechanisms are classified as Mode 1, Mode 2, and Mode 3. Upon the establishment of mathematical models for each Mode, principles of Boolean network automaton and symbol dynamics are applied.
9、Meanwhile, indices are introduced to measure various system characteristics, and thus form the base for comparative analysis between different political mechanisms. After that, thinking of the mechanism effect and the scale effect of particular system, functions of models are resolved in sequence, a
10、nd indices of mechanisms are quantified accordingly. Indices are analyzed systematically, description and interpretation are given to explore political behavior characteristics under each mechanism. 政治机制的系统分析 - IX - Finally, according to the above results of system analysis, comparison among three k
11、inds of mechanisms is carried in two dimensions: both longitudinal(in terms of size of systems) and latitudinal(in terms of technical knowledge environment). Emphasis is putting on logic of government action and its characteristics. Therefore, necessities for our rational selection of political mech
12、anism are raised. Manifestly, major contributions in this paper are as follows: (1)The most recently development in systems science is attempted in the domain of politics, and the political systems are analyzed from system science viewpoint. (2)The political mechanisms are simulated by modern comput
13、er technology. (3)The mathematical models of the political mechanism are constructed with application of Boolean network knowledge of systems science, and quantification indices of political system are established. (4)The framework and math models of political structure established in this dissertat
14、ion given us many important conclusions about the rule of political mechanism, which are hard to get only by the intuition and perception, including: the rule of political behaviors as well as the logic of government action in Mode 1 through 3. The major findings of this study, are not limited to the followings : (1) Under Mode 1 governmental order can balance with whole order of system.
