4、研究的必要性。因此商业街特别是民俗文化商业街的改造决策者和管理者必须开展全面系统的风险管理工作，以保证顺利实现项目目标。 首先，本文对民俗文化商业街改造工程项目进行了描述，主要对这类改造工程项目面临的风险管理原则、风险管理过程以及方法做了归纳。为民俗文化商业街改造工程项目的风险识别和风险应对的管理准备了理论基础。 其次，通过实地调查与专家访谈法、文献法和案例分析法，对民俗文化商业街改造工程项目的风险识别和风险应对进行了研究。针对民俗文化商业街改造工程项目的独特原则进行了分析，讨论了这类改造工程项目的风险识别和应对的常用方法。通过对影响民俗文化商业街改造工程项目主客观因素以及常见因素的辨识，进而
