1、聊城大学本科毕业设计i 摘 要针对目前消费者表现出对汽车产品的个性化需求，本文主要探讨了满足顾客要求的小批量生产的质量控制方法。首先，简述了小批量生产质量控制的研究现状，对当前制造模式下多品种小批量生产的质量控制应用情况和存在的主要问题进行了研究；通过分析小批量生产的特点，得出了传统的休哈特控制图难以应用在小批量生产条件下进行质量控制的结论。再次，从质量控制的角度，系统地阐述了当前学术界和工业界里对小批量生产过程中的质量控制方法研究取得的成果，并提出具有代表意义的5 种小批量生产过程中的质量控制方法。例如：利用历史数据和相似信息等先验信息，采用单值回归预测法等。然后，论文对目前应用于汽车制造过
2、程中的质量控制方法进行了归纳和总结，阐述了目前用于汽车制造业的4 种控制方法，例如：逆向工程在汽车质量控制中的应用、计算机辅助检测与质量控制系统、柔性化生产线的应用以及质量追溯系统。在总结以前研究成果的基础上，作者结合汽车的生产特点，提出了适合于汽车零部件小批量生产过程中的质量控制方法。论文最后对全文进行了总结，并对进一步需要研究和探索的问题提出了建议。关键词 ：小批量 ；质量控制；控制图；统计过程聊城大学本科毕业设计ii Abstract Aim at consumer to express a characteristic need for car product currently, t

11、 在物质财富极其充分的今天，市场竞争日趋激烈 。作为世界经济支柱产业的汽车产业，其市场也逐渐地由卖方市场转向了买方市场。顾客对产品的需求日益呈现出多样化和个性化的发展趋势,促使企业由传统单一品种、大批量的生产方式转向了多品种、小批量的生产方式。这对传统的大批量质量改进方法来说无疑是一个挑战。为了保持市场竞争力和满足顾客需求，探索适用于小批量生产的质量改进方法已成为当前质量控制领域的一大热点。产品是企业竞争力的载体，高质量的产品往往具有更合理的成本、价格和更强的竞争力。如何既能适应小批量的生产环境，又能保持产品有较高的质量，国内外一些相关的研究机构和大学都进行了相关研究。由于在小批量制造环境下,被加工零件的规格要求多、影响加工质量的因素也多而且关系复杂 ,这对改进的方法提出了更高的要求。因此,结合各种小批量制造环境的应用特点 ,博采众长 ,对改进方法进行全面系统和深入的研究是十分必要和迫切的。1.绪论我国正处于世界制造中心形成的阶段, 汽车产业是其中的支柱产业，实现汽车强国的目标不能靠自己拥有巨大的市场和廉价劳动力去赢得。世界上几乎所有的先进国家以及著名企业和学者都越来越清醒的认识到：质量是企业的生命，企业的一切活动都要围绕质量展开，质量将成为企业在竞争中能否取胜的关键。对于汽车零部件制造企业来说，如何尽快适应小批量生产环境的特点，在最短的时间内生产出高质量、低成
