3、公交智能卡收费系统的建设力度。未来城市一卡通将涵盖城市交通、医疗、购物、天然气和水电缴费等人们生活的方方面面，但是城市一卡通的发展不是一蹴而就的事情，这必将是一个漫长的发展过程。所以本论文着眼于城市一卡通，立足于公交一卡通，基于顶层设计思想，创新性的设计实现了以点带面的城市公交一卡通。 基于顶层设计思想设计的公交一卡通系统的意义在于利用 IC 卡存储量较大，保密性较强的特性，通过整体合理的规划，在一张卡上实现多个应用，可以有效地分摊系统的发行和营运费用，降低成本，减少重复投资。推广公交一卡通将会提高城市公共服务设施的服务质量和服务水平，随着用户基数的不断扩大，逐步添加各类应用模块，从而提高参与
4、一卡通系统项目的企、事业单位的管理能力，这也符合建设信息化城市的总体目标。 本项目基于标准 J2EE 技术进行设计，平台采用分层架构，有效分离显示逻辑、业务逻辑与数据存取逻辑，并在成熟的系统开发框架的支撑下实现各个分层之间的松耦合和灵活的相互调用。该平台采用 struts 和 spring 编程框架，可有效分离 web 的显示层和业务操作层。 本论文在公交一卡通系统平台的研究上取得了一定得成绩，但在基于现代通讯技术的城市一卡通领域还有非常广阔的研究探索空间。当前，国内传统的公交一卡通系统还处于起步阶段，随着全球 IC 卡和互联网技术的快速发展，人们对城市一卡通应用的需求不断增加，城市一卡通一定
