3、o take care of ourselves. Remember that if you are not healthy, then you would not be efficient taking care of the others. 4. Dream: Dont forget your dream. Each day we are very busy. We may get frustrated and disappointed. Its easy to be buried under the trivial things. However if you have dreams,
4、you can forget the pains that you need to go through. Create a big dream, and many small ones so that you will be satisfied from time to time. One of my small dreams was to wear evening dress like those in the movie. After I joined P we find ourselves guilty for our bosses when we are taking days of
5、f for family. My advice is to make the choice, and be OK with the consequences. If you make the choice to travel, focus on the work and finish it quickly; if you make the choice to take a vacation, truly enjoy it, so that you can deliver excellence for the choice that you have made. 5.4 5.4 管理创新部副总监

In 2001, two years after my promotion to senior purchasing manager, recognizing my growth and maturity, my boss relocated me to Beijing to run the Purchases Organization there. That was a fantastic assignment where I learnt a lot in ma
8、naging not only the business but also the organization. I returned to Guangzhou in 2004 as the Purchases Leader taking care of both Asia Snacks business and Greater China GBS where I started the journey of managing a more than one hundred million USD worth spend and a team of over 30 people spreadin
9、g across China Mainland, Hongkong, Tainwan and Singapore! Later on I was then moved to Marketing Purchases taking care of the Advertising Production Purchases in 2005. While I was still enjoying the journey of dealing with the actress, models, Directors, and advertising production houses. In June of
10、 2007, I was promoted to Associate Director to lead the China Packaging Purchases organization. With 2 years learning of how to build up the capability of an organization which manages a huge spend of $300MM, I was assigned with additional responsibility in July 2009 to also manage the GC Hygiene Pu
11、rchases organization which takes cares of $350MM worth spend-another new exciting journey just started.
