An off

3、icial of each country shall allot the boats to their members. Boats and/or other equipment will not be interchanged. 4、aggerboard, rudder, tiller and tiller extension (c) Spars mast, boom, sprit 2.3 Competitors may use following personal equipment: - 參賽者得用如個裝備 (a) Spars mast, boom, sprit (b) Paddle (c) One or more bailers (d) Wind indicator (e) Sail ties(f) Lock nut on mast rake adjuster 2.4 Competitors shall not mo

5、dify the Boats or cause them to be modified in any manner, except that: - 參賽者不因任何理由修改船隻,列除外: (a) A compass may be tied or taped to the hull (b) Wind indicator, including yarn or thread, may be tied or taped anywhere on the boat. (c) Adhesive tape may be used inside the daggerboard case and anywhere

6、else above the water line. (d) Additional shock cord may be used to adjust the toe straps and daggerboard system (e) Hull, daggerboard and rudder may be cleaned with only water and soap. (f) Competitors are not permitted to substitute any fittings or use additional fittings and no holes are permitte

7、d to be made. (g) All fittings or equipment designed to be adjusted may be adjusted, provided that Class Rules are complied with 2.5 The penalty for not complying with ? and instruction 2 will be disqualification from all races sailed in which the instruction was broken. 2.6 Competitors shall report

8、 any damage or loss of equipment, however slight, at the measurement office immediately after securing the boat ashore. The penalty for breaking this instruction, unless the International Jury is satisfied that the competitor made a determined effort to comply, will be disqualification from the race

9、 most recently sailed. 2.7 Failure or loss of chartered equipment shall not be grounds for requesting redress.3 NOTICES TO COMPETITORS 參賽者通告參賽者通告 3.1 Notices to competitors will be posted on the official notice board (s) located in the Sea Cadet Corps Boating Station.4 CHANGES TO SAILING INSTRUCTION

11、l be posted before 10.00 hrs on the day that it takes effect, except that any changes to the scheduled times of races will be posted by 18.30 hrs on the day before it takes effect.5 SIGNALS MADE ASHORE 岸信號岸信號 5.1 Signals made ashore will be displayed from the official flagpole located in front of th

12、e Sea Cadet Corps Boating Station.5.2 Flag D with a sound signal means The warning signal will be made not less than 45 minutes after flag D is displayed. Boats shall not leave their berthing places until this signal is made. 5.3 Flag S displayed: instruction 18.3 applies.6 SCHEDULE OF RACES 比賽行程比賽行

13、程 6.1Racing is scheduled as follows:Day (b) no later than 30 minutes after the party requesting reopening was informed of the decision on that day. This changes rule 66. 16.9 Decisions of the jury will be final as provided in rule 70.4.17 SCORING 計分計分 17.1 The Low Point scoring system of Appendix A
