2、，PVC，PS ，PET，PU) 的工业体系。氨酯键一般由异氰酸酯基和羟基反应获得。蓖麻油因其含多羟基组分、丰富的来源和低廉的价格为聚氨酯的生产提供了充足的原料。本报告研究了以蓖麻油为原料，年产 450 吨聚氨酯的可行性，主要从项目市场分析、项目建设规模和投资方案、生产工艺和设备、原辅材料和燃料动力、工程建设方案、环境保护、安全生产、节能、投资估算和资金筹措、经济效益分析等方面进行了讨论。用蓖麻油合成聚氨酯分为蓖麻油的醇解、蓖麻油基 PU 预聚体的制备、蓖麻油基 PU预聚体的固化等工序。本生产工艺提高了原料的利用率，尽可能地实现清洁生产，有效地解决了三废处理问题。本生产线投资 1600 万，通

This report by castor oil as raw material, the feasibility of the annual capacity of 450 tons of polyurethane, mainly from the project market analysis, project construction scale and investment plan, production technology and equipment, raw materials
7、 and fuel power, engineering construction plan, environmental protection, safety, energy saving, investment estimation and financing, economic benefit analysis, are discussed. With castor oil polyurethane is divided into castor oil alcohol solution, castor oil PU pre polymers preparation, castor oil

The production process to improve the utilization rate of raw materials, as far as possible to realize clean production, which can effectively solve the “three wastes“ treatment of this problem.
