2、发展需求的同时实现土地资源的持续利用成为社会以及学术界研究讨论的热点问题。因此，土地可持续利用研究对促进广州缓和人地矛盾，保持经济社会繁荣发展尤为重要。本文在探讨土地可持续利用基本理论的基础上，结合城市化的背景，对广州市的土地可持续利用进行评价。首先简要分析土地可持续利用的基础理论以及广州的地理经济概况；然后根据一定的原则，从资源环境合理性、经济可行性、社会可接受性三方面建立广州市土地可持续利用评价指标体系，并采用层次分析法对广州市的土地可持续利用水平进行了定量分析；接着，根据评价结果对评价指标进行障碍因素分析，得出阻碍广州土地可持续发展的主要因素；最后针对这些因素以及上述分析结果对广州市城市

5、 to the ecological environment and increasingly contradiction between people and land.Moreover,This problem will be restricting the socio-economic development in Guangzhou for the long term. Since the land is one of the most scarce and precious resources in Guangzhou,how to meet the increasing needs
6、 of survival and development while achieving the sustainable use of land resources has become a hot topic in the social as well as academic studies. Therefore, the study of sustainable land use in the process of urbanization is particularly important for Guangzhou to ease the contradiction between p
7、eople and land and maintain the economic and social prosperity.This paper explores the basic theories of land sustainable use, evaluating the sustainable land use of Guangzhou on the background of urbanization. Firstly this paper gives a brief introduction of Guangzhou geo-economic profiles and the
8、basic theories of land sustainable use. Secondly, according to certain principles,this paper establishs the sustainable land use evaluation system of Guangzhou based on three aspects of the rationality of resource environment, economic viability and social acceptability respectively.Thirdly,by using
9、 analytic hierarchy process,this paper carries out the quantitative Analysis of Guangzhou sustainable land use level.Fourthly,obstacle analysis is conducted under the evaluation results of sustainable land use to reveal the main obstacles of sustainable land use in Guangzhou.Finally,this paper inves
