1、摘 要I4 万吨污水处理厂氧化沟工艺设计说明书万吨污水处理厂氧化沟工艺设计说明书摘 要随着我国社会经济的不断发展，城市化水平的逐步提高，环境保护措施的 落实，以及市场经济的建立，排水事业作为城市的重要基础设施这一，也得到 了蓬勃的发展。全国大多的城市都对老城区的给排水管网进行了改造，并且还 兴建了一大批污水处理厂对城市的生活污水，工业废水进行处理。 本设计是对南京市建邺区某一排水工程设计。其设计范围包括：雨水管网 工程、污水管网工程和污水处理厂工程。本次设计均采用了国家最新的有关规 定、标准、和设计规范。 管网的体制采用的是分流制。污水处理厂设计规模近期 40000 m3/d，远期 60000
2、m3/d，故本设计按近期设计,远期规划。污水厂二级处理出水排至河流下 游。 污水处理厂处理流程为：污水中格栅提升泵房细格栅钟式沉砂池 氧化沟二沉池紫外消毒出水。 污泥流程：剩余活性污泥污泥提升泵房浓缩脱水一化车间 污泥外 运。 本污水处理厂占地约为 7.2 公顷。 关键词：污水管网 雨水管网 氧化沟 浓缩脱水一体化设备南京林业大学南方学院毕业论文IIProcess design of 40000t/d city sewage treatment plantAstractWith the develop of our country society economy continuously, V

4、ater of large quantity disposal the factory to discard the water to proceed to handle to city. This project is for designing sewerage engineering of Nanjing city Jianye District. The design includes stremwater drainage system and wastewater collecting system and sewage works . And this design all ad
5、opted national latest relevant provision, Standard, with design the norm. The system of pipe net adopts is the bridging system . Sewage treatment plant design scale now is 40000m3/d, in the future date is 60000m3/d . The rainfall is all putd in order into San Ming River and the handled sewage from t
