2、的作用，它们的发展对广西高等教育整体水平的提高有着很大的影响。由于北部湾经济区建设的实施和广西高等教育大众化的进一步深入，广西新建本科院校的竞争对手逐渐增多；同时随着人们生活水平的日益提高，他们对高等教育的教学质量也提出了更高的要求。如何让广西新建本科院校更好地生存和发展，办好人民满意的高等教育，并满足广西经济社会发展的需求及广西高等教育自身发展的需要，培育它们拥有自己的核心竞争力有着非常重要的现实意义。 本研究以高校核心竞争力理论为分析基础， 运用 SWOT 分析法对广西新建本科院校核心竞争力的现状进行分析，找出广西新建本科院校存在的优势和劣势。针对其存在的优势和劣势，结合他们的自身办学条件
3、和特点，在此基础上提出培育和提升广西新建本科院校核心竞争力的对策。 在前言部分主要阐述了论文研究的缘由，核心竞争力研究、高校核心竞争力研究及新建本科院校核心竞争力研究的现状，说明了论文研究的意义，介绍了论文研究的主要思路及方法，并对新建本科院校、核心竞争力、高校核心竞争力等概念进行了界定。 本研究分三部分进行论述。第一部分为高校核心竞争力的理论基础。该部分主要分析了高校核心竞争力的特征、构成要素及发展过程。首先阐述了高校核心竞争力的特征，即价值性、异质性、延展性、动态性、知识性；接着对识别高校核心竞争力构成要素的原则及其构成要素进行了进一步的分析，进而明确了识别不同层次、不同类型的高校核心竞争
4、力构成要素须注意的几个问题；最后分析了高校核心竞争力的发展过程。 第二部分为广西新建本科院校核心竞争力的现状。该部分主要分析了广西新建本科院校的外部和内部现状，诸如广西区域环境，高等教育及广西高等教育规模、现状及发展趋势，广西新建本科院校竞争对象等，及其内部现状的物质资源条件、学科专业建设、师资队伍、科研、校园文化建设等方面，并进一步分析了广西新建本科院校发展的优势和劣势，为培育和提升广西新建本科院校核心竞争力策略的提出提供了现实依据。 第三部分为培育和提升广西新建本科院校核心竞争力的对策。针对广西新建本科院校核心竞争力存在的问题，结合其自身的特点，充分利用有利的外部环境和拥有的优势来化解劣势
5、。第一，通过更新办学思想，进行科学准确的定位为核心竞争力的形成打下坚实的基础；第二，优化整合资源，加强学科建设是培育核心竞争力的根本；第三，实施人才战略，加强师资队伍建设是培育核心竞争力的保证；第四，建立科学规范的管理体系，实现管理创新是培育核心竞争力的关键；第五，建设特有的校园文化，培育大学精神是培育核心竞争力的沃土。通过上述五个方面来培育和提升广西新建本科院校的核心竞争力，进而巩固广西新建本科院校的本科办学基础。 总之，本研究将高校核心竞争力理论引入广西新建本科院校核心竞争力培育研究，为广西各新建本科院校的发展提供了一个新的思路，培育和提升它们的核心竞争力对于它们的生存和发展有着非常重要的

7、ract In the context of Mass Higher Education, since 2000, Guangxi has eight new undergraduate colleges, which account for 40% of regular undergraduate colleges and universities in Guangxi. New undergraduate colleges in Guangxi, as an important component of Guangxi higher education, they play an impo
8、rtant role that serve the local society in Guangxi and bear for the heavy responsibilities of cultivating a large number of professionals in promoting local economic and social development in Guangxi. Their developments have a great impact on the overall level of higher education in Guangxi. As the
9、implement of construction in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the further deepening of Guangxi mass Higher Education, the competitors of the new undergraduate colleges in Guangxi will gradually increase. At the same time, with increasing local peoples living standard, they also raised higher requirement
10、s of the teaching quality in higher education. How to make the new undergraduate colleges of Guangxi better survival and development, and to satisfy the peoples expectation of higher education ,meanwhile to meet the needs of the social development in Guangxi and the need for the self-development of
11、higher education, it has practical significance that cultivate their own core competence. In this study, the theory of the core competence of colleges and universities is the theoretical basis of the analysis, using SWOT analysis to analyse the new status of the core competence of new undergraduate
12、colleges in Guangxi, and finding the existing strengths and weaknesses of the new undergraduate colleges in Guangxi. For its existing strengths and weaknesses, combined with their own school conditions and characteristics, above that, we propose the solutions in the cultivation and promotion of the
13、core competence of the new undergraduate colleges in Guangxi. In the introduction, it Mainly expounds the reason of the thesis, the research status of the core competence, the core competence of the colleges and universities, and the core competence of the new undergraduate colleges; illustrates the
14、 significance of the research, presents the main ideas and methods in the paper, and defines the concepts such as new undergraduate colleges, the core competence, the core competence of colleges and universities. There are three parts in this study. The first part is the theoretical basis of the cor
15、e competence of colleges and universities. This part mainly analyse the characteristics of the core competence of colleges and universities, the constituent elements and the development process. It begins with describing the characteristics of the core competence of colleges and universities that is
16、 of value, heterogeneity, scalability, dynamicity, knowledge; goes on to identify the principles of the constituent elements of the core competency of colleges and universities for further analysis, thus clearly identifies several problems which should be noted that different levels and types of colleges and universities havent the same constituent elements of the core competence entirely.
