1、玻璃制品有限公司风险评估和投保方案设计摘摘 要要沈阳市昌昊玻璃制品有限公司作为新民市的龙头玻璃加工企业，其风险因素的控制是否得当，将会直接影响企业的运作与经营，本文通过对沈阳昌昊玻璃制造有限公司的风险因素的研究，在对玻璃生产工艺了解的基础上， 对该厂潜在风险因素进行风险辩识与分析，运用模糊数学、安全检查表以及层次分析法对各危险因素的权重进行了计算， 根据权重值确定各危险因素在整个评估体系中所占的比重。然后根据对该厂的实地了解对各项危险因素进行评分，得出各项风险的分数，最后根据风险的大小划分其风险等级， 并结合费率表确定其一个合理的投保方案，根据其自身的情况确定保费，并结合保险方案针对性的提出相
