1、某框架结构高校办公楼设计某框架结构高校办公楼设计摘摘 要要随着时代的发展，办公楼硬件设施也必须跟得上时代的步伐，因此，相应的对办 公楼建设的要求也越来越高。办公楼是一所学校形象的重要代表，也是我们非常熟悉 的建筑物，办公楼的建筑设计美不仅要外观符合时代的需要大方、得体、体现时代特 色，此外还必须有较高的实用性、经济性、以满足学校老师及其他工作人员的实际需 要为根本目的。 通过查阅相关资料，并将资料进行总结和研究，发现混凝土框架结构有以下特点： 框架结构整体性强、抗腐蚀能力强、经久耐用，并且房间的开间，进深相对较大能为 建筑提供灵活的使用空间，空间分割较自由，建筑主体大都采用框架结构，或框架剪
2、力墙结构，以满足现代公共建筑的布置灵活、大开间、大进深的要求。 办公楼建筑面积较大，使用人员众多，流动性大，一般布置为内廊式建筑，必须 考虑对消防、防火的要求，保证进出建筑的通畅。 本设计主要的步骤包括：方案设定阶段、建筑施工图阶段、结构施工图阶段、整 理阶段。 为做到建筑的美观、实用和经济等基本要求，办公楼的采光、通风、人体舒适要 求等等随着设计的深入需对原方案作进一步的改正。 建筑施工图阶段：此阶段主要将方案中的平、立、剖面图加以细化，并增加在前 三者中无法表示清楚的详图。对窗、门、楼梯等按规范要求设置。 结构施工图阶段：此阶段分两部分：一、根据建筑图、结构选型、结构布置、构 件截面尺寸的
3、确定(包括混凝土强度等级的选配)、结构计算、构件根据计算产生的内 力、得出构件的配筋、再考虑构造要求、绘制施工图等，其中特别要注意的是合理进 行结构选型及结构布置，选用钢筋混凝土框架结构；二、基础设计：按照地基基础 设计规范和建筑抗震设计及规范的有关规定，上部结构传至基础顶面上的荷载 只需按照荷载效应的基本组合来分析确定。通过计算，得出配筋结果，绘制基础平面 图和基础详图。 关键词：关键词：办公楼；框架结构；设计；DesignDesign ofof a a frameframe structurestructure universityuniversity officeofficeAbstra
