6、区进行试点。 2008 年中总行制定了 中国银行全面转型战略实施方案 ，于是中国银行正式在全国范围开展了网点转型工作。 在转型工作中， 虽然有 实施方案为理论指导，但现实操作中受地域、客户群体、经济环境等因素影响，转型工作推进乏力，因此。各分支行纷纷根据自身情况，开展了符合区域特色的网点转型工作。 本文通过对 BJL 支行网点转型案例的研究， 指出了 BJL 支行此次网点转型中取得的成绩和存在的问题，同时，对存在问题进行了深入的分析，并结合 BJL 支行的现状，提出了可行的优化改进方案和实施措施。希望通过该案例，为其上级直管行总结、积累网点转型的工作经验，为辖区内的其它网点的转型提供指导和借鉴
7、。 关键词：商业银行；网点转型；中国银行；银行经营管理 哈尔滨工程大学工商管理硕士学位论文 Abstract With our opening to the outside world, the access to Chinas banking industry has been lowered gradually and all kinds of domestic banks are mushroomed to appear, which directly results in the fierce competition in domestic banking sectors. In re
8、cent years, large commercial banks make fully used their abundant network resource properly, in order to make themselves be at the top of the others and a vigorous network transformation spread among the large commercial bank. The network transformation of Bank of China began in 2006 and tried out a
9、t the financially developed city, e.g. Shenzhen, etc. In 2008, our head office drafted “ The Comprehensive Transformation Strategy Implementation Plan of Bank of China”. Bank of China launched the comprehensive network transformation all over the country. Although having “Implementation Plan” as the
10、 theoretical guidance in the transformation, the transformation is lack of power because of the effect of the differences of the regions, customer segments and financial foundations. Therefore, every branch or sub-branch needs to carry out the network transformation which is consistent with the regi
11、onal characteristics depending on the own condition. This paper points out the achievements and deficiency in the process of the network transformation by investigating the network transformation case of BJL. At the same time, the feasible optimization improvement scheme and implementation measure i
12、s brought out according to the current position of BJL on the basis of deeply analysis of the existing problems. Hoping to summarize and accumulate the experience for the upper branches and offer the guidance and reference to the other branches.
