1、摘 要摘要：本论文介绍了一个企业内部信息管理系统的开发。系统的开发设计使用了 Eclipse 作为开发工具，搭配 SQL_SERVER 作为后台数据库。本文首先对开发工具 Eclipse 和作为后台数据库的 SQL_SERVER 做简单的介绍，其次对系统的基本原理进行简要的说明，最后通过部分系统截图和数据表格来介绍了系统的开发设计过程以及系统的基本操作。本系统的开发采用了技术比较成熟的 STRUTS 架构，开发语言采用了 JAVA 与 JSP，实现了员工信息查询、员工考勤、员工工资管理及企业内部公告等功能，并根据软件工程的方法，从需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、编码实现等方面阐述了系统的开发流程
