1、扬州职业大学毕业设计摘摘 要要污水处理厂处理规模为近期 3.0 万 m/d ,远期 6.0 万 m/d,设计进水水质为:悬浮物(SS):30mg/L;五日生化需氧量(BOD5):30mg/L;化学需氧量(CODcr):100mg/L;出水水质达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准 (GB 18918-2002)二级标准,拟定出水水质指标为:CODCr:100mg/L;BOD530mg/L;SS30mg/L;NH3-N10mg/L。设计进水水质氮含量较高,因此在设计处理工艺是还需要考虑脱氮除磷技术,由于污水厂规模较小,污水日变化量较大,因此,在设计过程中选择适应该情况的氧化沟工艺。在氧化沟前添加厌氧池

2、,以提高除磷效果。实现出水水质达标且稳定的目的。本次设计的主要构筑物包括集水井、粗格栅、泵房、细格栅、曝气沉砂池、carrousel氧化沟、辐流式二沉池、配水井、污泥浓缩池、污泥脱水车间等。市政污水管网收集的污水经中格栅拦截较大的悬浮物和漂浮物后,由污水泵房提升至细格池去除比重较大的无机颗粒,通过氧化沟,以去除大量的有机物,同时达到脱氮除磷的效果。处理后的污水在辐流式二沉池内进行泥水分离,再经过 V 型滤池进一步去除 SS,后经消毒后排放。污泥回流比为 100%,其余的由污泥脱水机房浓缩脱水后外运。本次设计污水厂占地 10.09km2。 设计中省略了初次沉淀池,节省了基建和运行费用。氧化沟表面
