Abstract Flight Simulation Technologies are widely spread in many aspects of modern civil aviation. Many interests have been stressed on the hardware development, fidelity assessment and validation
2、/verification of simulations. However, very few attempts have been made at the application of flight training in different phases and their corresponding simulation technologies by the researchers. This paper stresses on the relations of the PCATD, FTD and FFS from both regulation and engineering pe
3、rspectives. The effectiveness and limitations of simulation tools are also evaluated with offering the possible solutions of improvement in civil aviation training.
