1、河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 2008 年1毕业设计说明书邯郸县机关事务管理局 生活服务中心方案 B专 业 土木工程学 生 杨景松指导老师 申彦利河北工程大学土木工程学院河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 2008 年2摘要作为土木工程专业的一名即将毕业的学生，我们用了十三周的时间完成了离校前的最重要的一课毕业设计，在此设过程中我们收获颇丰，收益非浅。我们此次毕业设计的题目：邯郸县机关事务管理局生活服务中心。功能分为餐厅、图书馆、活动中心、资料中心。该结构类型为框架混凝土结构，主体部分共五层，层高均为 3.9m。结构体型为 L 该结构抗震设防烈度为七度，设计地震分组为第一组，设计
2、基本地震加速度值为 0.15g 形，结合结构的形状及抗震要求，我们在设计和计算过程中把整体分成 A、B 两区计算。 。在整个设计过程中，我们参考了房屋建筑学、混凝土结构设计规范、结构抗震设计等资料，并结合了经济方面的诸多问题，使整个建筑结构设计既合理又经济。此工程设计内容包括：建筑设计，结构设计两部分，他们之间有有分工，又互相密切配合，在此设计过程中我们严格按照设计步骤进行，首先熟悉设计任务书，根据每个人对设计任务书的理解，做出一套自己的方案，然后小组进行比较，根据功能，结构布置，立面效果等方面的比较，取长补短，确定了一套适宜的方案，然后根据此方面每人选取一榀框架，进行了框架内力，配筋计算，以
3、及罕遇地震验算，板配筋和楼梯配筋计算，这些作为设计书的主要内容。完成计算书后，采用 PKPM 从软件进行了整个工程的建模，楼板配置计算。最后进入建筑施工图，结构施工图的绘制阶段，在绘制过程中让我熟悉了 CAD 各个命令的用法，掌握了建筑图和结构图的绘制。在此设计过程中我全面了解了设计的整个过程，能够系统地独立地完成整个设计，为以后走上工作岗位奠定了坚实的基础。在此我也感谢各位老师在设计过程中给予的细心指导和全力帮助，最后祝各位老师工作顺利，万事顺心！河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 2008 年3AbstractAs a soon graduated student of civil e

14、oth, ten thousand matters are satisfactorily!河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 2008 年4邯郸县机关事务管理局生活服务中心设计0.绪论根据设计材料提供的建筑场地的地质条件及所在地区的抗震烈度，确定出拟建建筑物的等级为三级，建筑物的设计过程包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分，我们主要以结构设计为主。建筑设计部分：考虑各种因素对建筑物的影响，采用了能够满足多方面使用要求，又比较经济，合理，美观，适用的方案。在设计过程中，满足了规范对各房间的窗地比，隔音，安全出口，消防，节能等要求。结构设计部分：分别从结构体系的选择，结构总体布置，屋盖的结构方案，基础
15、方案的选择及结构计算等多方面进行了论述。结构计算大致分为以下几个步骤：构件布置：按建筑方案中的平，立，剖面设计，确定各构件的截面及布置，绘出结构计算简图并初选梁，柱截面。荷载统计：在选截面的基础上，按从上到下的顺序进行，在荷载的取值按各房间的使用功能及位置查找荷载规范，完成恒载及活载的统计，并求出重力荷载代表值。框架水平地震作用下侧移验算：先算出各构件的侧移刚度，在根据顶点位移法计算结构的自振周期，按底部剪力法求水平地震剪力并考虑了顶点附加水平地震作用。横向框架内力分析：分析了横向框架在水平地震剪力和竖向荷载作用下的内力，用弯矩二次分配法计算梁端，柱端弯矩，剪力。内力组合；对横向，活载及地震作
16、用下横向框架的内力进行组合，找出最不利内力组合，作为对框架梁，柱进行截面设计，和配筋计算的依据。板的设计：用塑性理论对板进行设计，求出板的配筋。基础设计：采用钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础进行设计。设计成果：平面图两张，立面，及剖面各一张，楼梯剖面图，楼梯配筋图，楼梯详图各一张，楼，屋盖的结构布置，配筋图各一张，墙身大样图一张，建筑总说明及结构总说明等。计算机应用：使用了 AUTO CAD,天正，PKPM 软件及 EXCL 表格制作和 WORD 进行了排版设计。在设计过程中我们严格按照现行建筑设计规范和现行结构设计规范进行设计，并取一榀框架进行内力计算，绘制建筑施工图和结构施工图，在设计的过程中我们还参考了有关的教材和图籍，房建，混凝土结构，
